Can I keep personal calls out of the backup?
Yes. Choose which SIMs back up and exclude specific numbers entirely. Exclusions are reviewed with you before your first upload.
When does anything upload at all?
Only after you sign in and give explicit consent, with the SIM selection and exclusions shown to you first. Logged out, nothing uploads.
How do I know sync is actually working?
The sync dashboard shows the last background run and last poll timestamps, plus a full sync log you can read and retry. You can also make it upload and download everything again, any time you want.
Does sync run in the background?
Yes: a periodic background sync plus an immediate full sync whenever you open the app, and server changes arrive as notifications that open the exact record.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. Your data lives against your account for backup and multi-device use, as covered in the privacy policy. No ads, no selling.
