Privacy Policy

RMDialer ("the app", "we") is a business dialer for Android, a product of Wappblaster.com. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the app touches, why, and what control you have. The short version: your business data belongs to you; the app accesses only what its features need, backup happens only after your explicit consent, and you can exclude anything personal.
Why the app needs its permissions
- Phone / default dialer role: RMDialer replaces your phone app, so it needs to place and answer calls and show the in-call screen. This is the core of the product.
- Call log: your call history is what becomes your business record: filters, analytics, and lead timelines are built from it.
- Contacts: to show names on calls and let you call, message, or save leads from your phonebook.
- Notifications, exact alarms, overlay: so follow-up reminders ring at the exact time and the after-call sheet can appear over other apps.
- Location (optional): only used when you tap "use current location" on a lead's location field.
- Caller ID and spam screening (optional): only if you enable them, to identify unknown numbers and flag reported spam.
What is backed up, and when
Backup and sync run only after you sign in and give explicit consent. Before the first upload you review which SIMs are included and which numbers are excluded. Backed-up data includes your leads, statuses, remarks, follow-ups, clients, templates, call records, and WhatsApp CRM history, stored against your account so you can restore on another device.
- Excluded numbers are never uploaded and never receive automated messages.
- You can make it sync everything again or review the sync log inside the app at any time.
WhatsApp features
Automated and bulk WhatsApp messages are sent either through the official WhatsApp Business (Meta Cloud) API using API details you connect, or by opening the WhatsApp app on your phone with a pre-filled message that you send. We do not read your personal WhatsApp chats.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
- We do not show ads or share your contact lists with advertisers.
- We do not message your contacts unless a rule you set up fires.
Crash reporting
The app uses Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics to receive crash reports and basic usage signals so we can fix problems. These reports are technical (device model, app version, stack traces) and are not used for advertising.
This website: cookies and analytics
This section is about rmdialer.com only, not the app. When you visit this website, these tools run in your browser. They are here so we can see which pages help people and which ones confuse them. None of them can see anything inside the app, your leads, or your customers.
- Google Analytics 4: counts visits and which pages you open, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you came from a search or an ad. It uses cookies.
- Google Tag Manager: not a tracker by itself. It is the container that loads the tools listed here.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel: tells us if someone who clicked our Facebook or Instagram ad went on to download the app, and lets us show ads to people who visited this site. It uses cookies, and Meta may match the visit to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
- Microsoft Clarity: please read this one carefully. Clarity makes heatmaps and records your session on this website: where you moved, what you clicked, and how far you scrolled, played back later like a video. It is how we find the parts of a page where people get stuck. Clarity masks anything you type by default, so text you enter in a form, along with numbers and email addresses, is not sent to Clarity. This recording covers this website only. Nothing inside the app is recorded.
We do not sell this website data, and we do not use it to build a profile of you as a person. If you would rather not be measured, you can block cookies for this site in your browser, use your browser's private or incognito mode, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or use any tracker-blocking extension. The website works perfectly well with all of it blocked. Nothing on this site is behind a login, so blocking these tools costs you nothing.
These tools are run by other companies, so their privacy policies apply as well: Google, Meta, and Microsoft.
Data retention and deletion
Your synced data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and its server data, contact us using the details below, and we will action the deletion. Uninstalling the app removes local data from your device.
Contact
Questions, data requests, or account deletion: email [email protected], call +91 737-5092-569, or use the contact page.
