Terms of Service

RMDialer is a product of Wappblaster.com. By installing or using RMDialer, you agree to these terms with Wappblaster.

1. The service

RMDialer is an Android business dialer with CRM, reminder, sync, and WhatsApp automation features. Calling itself uses your SIM and operator network; standard carrier charges apply and are between you and your operator.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

  • Some features require an account and an active subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and in your billing panel.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. Activation is immediate; renewals extend from your current end date.
  • If a subscription lapses, paid features pause but your data remains in your account, and basic calling continues to work.

3. Your data, your responsibility

  • You own the business data you store in the app: leads, contacts, remarks, and messages.
  • You are responsible for having the right to contact the people you message, and for complying with applicable communication and privacy laws (including telecom do-not-disturb rules).

4. WhatsApp automation

  • Automatic messages you set up are sent under your name and, where used, your WhatsApp Business API details. You are responsible for the content and recipients.
  • You agree not to use the app for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging to strangers, or any activity that violates WhatsApp/Meta policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or attempts to breach the security of the service. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but no software is guaranteed uninterrupted. Features may evolve; material changes to paid features will be communicated.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
