Do I have to give up my current caller ID app?
No. Caller ID and spam screening in RMDialer are optional. You choose what to enable.
How is spam decided?
By user reports. You can even set your own threshold: how many independent reports it takes before a number is flagged for you.
Will my saved customers ever get blocked by mistake?
No. Your leads and clients always ring through with their full details. Only numbers you block, or community-flagged spam, get screened.
Does caller ID need internet?
The optional online lookup does. Basic identification of your own leads and contacts works from your data on the phone.
Can I undo a block or a spam mark?
