You pay for the lead at 11:40 am. It lands in a sheet, waits for someone to export it, and reaches the caller on Thursday. By then the customer has already bought from whoever rang first.
Every lead source, straight into the dialer.
Connect Facebook lead ads, your website form, a Google Sheet or any REST API once. New enquiries arrive on their own, de-duplicated and tagged with the source they came from, ready for your team to call.
Can leads from Facebook, a website or a lead portal come into a dialer automatically?
Yes. RMDialer connects to any lead source that can reach a Google Sheet or a REST API, which covers Facebook and Instagram lead ads, website enquiry forms, and most lead portals and CRMs. You add the source once, map its columns to your lead fields, and pick how often it is checked, from continuously up to once a day. New rows arrive as leads ready to dial, de-duplicated on the phone number and tagged with the source they came from, so nobody copies numbers between apps and you can still tell which channel produced each customer. Assigning those leads to team members is a separate step you control, and each rep then gets their own queue with the auto dialer ready on top.
- Google Sheet, REST API, or Excel and CSV upload
- Facebook and Instagram lead ads via their Sheets delivery
- Checked on a schedule you set per source, default every 30 minutes
- Duplicates matched on the number, source tag kept on every lead
Connected once, then it runs
Point the portal at a sheet or an endpoint
Facebook lead ads already do this. Most website forms and portals can too.
Add it once as a lead source
Paste the sheet or API URL, map the columns to your lead fields, pick the check interval and the source tag.
New enquiries arrive ready to call
The app checks in the background and brings in only new rows, de-duplicated, tagged with their source.
Assign them and start dialling
Give the new leads to the right team members, then run the auto dialer down the fresh list.
If it reaches a sheet or a URL, it reaches your dialer
The connector is generic on purpose. Instead of waiting for a named integration, you connect whatever your portal already offers.
Facebook & Instagram lead ads
Meta already delivers lead-form submissions into a Google Sheet. Connect that sheet once and every new enquiry arrives on its own.
Google Sheets
Any sheet, from any source: your website form, a Zapier flow, an agency handing you leads, or a list your team maintains by hand.
Any REST API
If a portal, website or CRM can expose leads at a URL, RMDialer can poll it. Add an auth header if the endpoint needs one.
Website enquiry forms
Point your form at a sheet or an endpoint and the enquiry reaches the caller without anyone opening email.
Property, job & marketplace portals
Any portal that can push to a sheet or expose an API becomes a live source. Check what your portal offers on its integrations page.
Excel & CSV upload
For one-off lists: a bought list, an exhibition scan, a spreadsheet from a colleague. Map the columns once and import.
Set it up your way, per source
Every connection has its own schedule, its own tag, and its own rule for what to do with a number you already have.
A check interval you choose
Each source is polled on its own schedule. The default is every 30 minutes, and you can set anything from continuous checking up to once a day.
A source tag per connection
Every lead carries the source it came from, so you can finally answer which channel produces customers rather than just enquiries.
Duplicate handling
Matched on the phone number. Choose whether a repeat row is skipped or updates the lead you already have, per source.
Column mapping
Your sheet keeps its own headers. Map them to lead fields once, including your custom fields, and the app follows that mapping every time.
An exclusion list
Numbers you never want imported stay out, no matter which source sends them.
Where it lands
Send a source into your leads, into a broadcast list for WhatsApp campaigns, or both.
Then hand them to the team
Imported leads land in your lead list. From there you assign them to team members, and each rep gets their own pending queue with the auto dialer ready on top. Assignment is a step you control rather than something that happens on import, so a batch of 200 ad leads does not get spread across the team before anyone has looked at it.
Want them distributed automatically as they arrive, round-robin across your callers? Tell us. It is not in the app today, and we would rather say so than let you find out after buying.
One app. Every feature. One price.
Whether you are one person or one thousand, every RMDialer user gets the complete feature set. No tiers, no locked buttons, no "upgrade to unlock".
Lead import questions
Which lead portals can I connect?
Any portal that can deliver leads into a Google Sheet or expose them at a URL. That covers Facebook and Instagram lead ads, most website enquiry forms, and any portal or CRM with an API. There is no fixed list of named integrations, because the connector is generic: if your source can reach a sheet or an HTTP endpoint, RMDialer can read it.
How quickly does a new lead arrive?
Within the check interval you set for that source. The default is every 30 minutes, and you can make it faster or slower per source. It is a scheduled check rather than an instant push, so treat the interval as the worst-case delay: set it short for paid ad leads that decay in an hour, longer for a slow-moving list.
Are the leads assigned to my staff automatically?
No. Imported leads arrive in your lead list, and assigning them to team members is a separate step you control. Each rep then gets their own queue with the auto dialer ready on top. If you want round-robin assignment on import, tell us: it is not in the app today.
What happens to duplicates?
Leads are matched on the phone number. Per source, you choose whether a repeat row is skipped or updates the existing lead, so re-importing an overlapping list does not create a second copy of the same person.
Does my sheet have to be in a particular format?
No. Map your existing headers to lead fields once, including any custom fields you have created, and the app follows that mapping on every check. One header row and one lead per row is all that is required.
Do the imported leads back up to my account?
Yes. Imported leads sync like any other lead, so they survive a lost or changed phone and reach your other devices.
Is importing bought lists a good idea?
Technically it works, but be careful. Under the DPDP Act a purchased list carries no consent, and calling or messaging it is where the regulatory and reputational risk lives. Sources where the person chose to contact you are both safer and far better converting.
