Best telecalling CRM software in India
Here is the shortlist, what each one is genuinely best at, and where we are not the right answer.
Best telecalling CRM software in India?
For most Indian sales teams the right telecalling CRM is the one that calls from your own SIM rather than VoIP, because SIM calls show a local number and get answered far more often. RMDialer, Runo, NeoDove and GoDial all do SIM-based calling; the deciding factors are usually price per caller, whether WhatsApp is included, and which languages the app itself runs in.
- Does it call from your own SIM, or over VoIP? VoIP numbers get flagged as spam in India and answered less.
- What does it cost per caller per month, once every seat is counted?
- Is WhatsApp included, or billed separately?
- Does the app itself run in your callers’ language, not just the website?
Who wrote this: we make RMDialer, which is on this list. We have tried to be straight about where the others are the better buy, and every price below is the one published on the vendor’s own site. Check it before you pay: prices move.

Questions people ask before choosing
What is a telecalling CRM?
A CRM built around the phone call rather than the desktop. It gives each caller a list to work through, shows who the customer is while the phone rings, records what happened in a tap or two, and reports how many calls each person made and what came of them.
Is SIM calling better than VoIP in India?
For outbound sales, usually yes. A SIM call shows a normal local mobile number, while VoIP numbers are widely flagged as spam and go unanswered. VoIP wins on cost per minute and on call recording, so the trade-off is answer rate against price.
What does telecalling CRM software cost in India?
Most are sold per user per month, roughly ₹300 to ₹600 a caller. Kylas sells unlimited users at a flat ₹38,997 a quarter. RMDialer works out to about ₹117 per user a month on its yearly plan.
