Auto Dialer Software Price in India: ₹0 to ₹4,000 per User
By Pushpa Godara · Chief Executive Officer, Wappblaster
In short: India’s auto dialer prices form three bands: free tiers with caps (₹0), SIM-based dialer-CRMs at flat ₹159-600 per user monthly with no call charges (calls ride the SIM plan), and cloud dialers at ₹1,000-3,000+ per agent PLUS per-minute telephony. Compare year-one totals at your real headcount with WhatsApp and telephony included: for teams under 20, the SIM band wins the arithmetic almost by default.
“Auto dialer price” produces answers from ₹0 to ₹4,000 a month: not because vendors disagree, but because three different machines share the name. Here is the full map, band by band, with the hidden lines drawn in.
This is the price of auto dialer software, the app or platform that dials a list from a phone or the cloud. The GSM auto dialer boxes listed on IndiaMART at ₹6,000 to ₹70,000 are hardware for alarm systems and industrial call-outs, a different product with the same name; if that is what you are pricing, this post will not help. Prices checked 2 September 2026, refreshed quarterly.
| Band | What you get | Price | Calls billed | |---|---|---|---| | Free | list dialing with daily caps, usually no CRM or team | ₹0 | your SIM plan | | SIM-based dialer-CRM | auto dialer plus lead CRM, reminders, reports; WhatsApp on the better ones | ₹159 to ₹600 per user per month, flat | your SIM plan | | Cloud dialer | predictive or power dialing on virtual numbers, IVR, recording | ₹1,000 to ₹3,000+ per agent per month | plus per-minute charges |
Band 1: Free (₹0, capped)
Genuine free tiers exist: Calley’s starter, DialMaster’s free-forever entry: with daily call or lead caps that define their real size. Right for solo trial use; wrong to build a team on. Hidden line: your time re-entering data when you outgrow them, and wherever your records live if you leave.
Band 2: SIM-based dialer-CRMs (flat ₹159-600/user/month)
The Indian SMB mainstream: the engine on the phone, calls through your own SIM: so there is no telephony line at all: calls cost whatever your operator plan already costs, usually effectively nothing. The band’s spread:
- RMDialer: ₹159/user/month (yearly; ₹249/month on the 3-month plan): auto dialer + full lead CRM + official-API WhatsApp automation + reminders + team reports, all tiers-free, app in 40 languages
- Mid-band (₹200-400): GoDial-tier tools and flat-tier products like TeleCalling CRM: check WhatsApp inclusion per plan
- Top of band (Runo at ₹599): bought for manager-grade reporting depth
Hidden lines to check anywhere in the band: WhatsApp as included vs add-on, and whether “unlimited” features gate at higher tiers. What the band structurally cannot do: compulsory recording and 25-agent predictive scale.
Band 3: Cloud dialers (₹1,000-3,000+/agent PLUS minutes)
Call-centre machinery: per-seat licences, per-minute telephony (the line that outruns the licence at real volumes), setup, number rentals, and the compliance surround. All-in for a serious seat: ₹1,500-4,000+ monthly. What the spend legitimately buys: predictive pacing at 25+ agents, guaranteed recording, IVR: and virtual numbers with India’s answer-rate tax.
The comparison that keeps buyers honest
Price year one, at your real headcount, with everything included: seats + telephony + WhatsApp tooling + setup. Five reps, illustratively: Band 2 at RMDialer’s rate = ₹9,540/year total, no meter running; Band 3 = ₹90,000-2,40,000+ before a single minute is billed. The 13-30x gap buys reporting depth and recording that a five-rep team rarely uses: which is why the band choice is really a team-size choice: under ~20 reps, Band 2; past 25 with compulsory recording, Band 3 earns its invoice.
One closing sanity-rule from watching buyers: the subscription is never the real cost. The real costs are unanswered calls (number reputation), unrecorded outcomes, and missed follow-ups: all of which the cheapest suitable tool, properly used, fixes: and the most expensive unsuitable one does not. For the Band 2 end of that table, the Android apps and what each one charges per caller are set out side by side.
