Short answer
How much does an auto dialer cost?
An auto dialer price has up to seven lines: seat price, per-minute charges, number rental, setup fee, tiers, minimum seats and a recording add-on. RMDialer has one: ₹159 per user a month on the yearly plan in India (₹249 on the three-month plan), or $29 per user a year outside India, with no minutes billed because calls go out on the phone's own SIM.
Key takeaways
One user for a year is ₹1,908 in India or $29 elsewhere; twenty users are ₹38,160 or $580, the seat price multiplied and nothing added.
There is no per-minute charge, no number rental and no setup fee, because the SIM in the caller's phone places the call.
No minimum seats and no tiers: the first seat and the twentieth carry the same features at the same price.
A hardware "auto dialer price" result is an alarm or telemetry box, not calling software.
Making ordinary calls through RMDialer costs nothing and needs no account; the full app runs free for three days before any payment.
The bill, line by line
What lines can appear on an auto dialer bill?
An auto dialer quote hides its real cost in the lines under the seat price. Seven lines, in the order they usually turn up: the seat price is the one on the website; the other six are the ones on the invoice.
Seat price
What one caller costs for a month, a quarter or a year. It is the line every quote leads with, and on some quotes it is the only line that is small.
Per-minute charge
A meter on talk time. Cloud dialers place the call over the internet and bill each minute, so the bill grows with every conversation that goes well.
Number rental
A monthly fee for the virtual number the calls show. Customers do not know it, callers cannot take it home, and it stops working the day the rental stops.
Setup or onboarding fee
A one-time charge for configuring the platform, porting numbers or training. Often waived if you ask, which tells you how real it was.
Tiers
A ladder of plans where the thing you actually need, reports, an API, a second list, sits one rung above the price you were quoted.
Minimum seats
A floor of five or ten licences whether you have that many callers or not. A team of three pays for two empty chairs.
Recording add-on
Storage and playback of call recordings sold as a separate line, sometimes per minute stored, sometimes per seat again.

“Renewal reminder is the reason I pay for it. Every policy due date rings me 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before, with the client's number right there. Earlier 3 to 4 renewals a year quietly went to other agents. Small app, big difference for a single agent like me.”
“For a clinic the win is call management: every missed call at the front desk becomes a call-back reminder, and the patient's last visit remark shows when they ring again. Appointment reminders go on WhatsApp automatically. Our no-shows dropped noticeably in two months.”
“GST and ITR deadlines mean 200 client calls in a fortnight. The auto dialer runs the list, the remark goes on the client's number, and the ones who said "documents by Friday" ring the assistant on Friday. A follow up reminder app that lives inside the phone dialer is the only kind my staff will keep using.”
“The WhatsApp CRM part sold me. Client chats, their call history and the site visit reminder sit on one record, so when a client rings after two months I know exactly where the kitchen quote stopped. Photos of samples go from the chat inside the dialer. Bengali interface for my junior designer.”

“I am a one-person business. RMDialer is the business dialer app on my own phone: every customer call becomes a record, the wedding date is the reminder, and the new collection goes out as a WhatsApp broadcast to my 600 customers from the call log. Paid clients tab shows who has paid and who has balance due.”

“Team of 9 salesmen on their own SIMs, no VoIP, no per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling CRM shows me who called which customer, talk time and the remark, employee wise. Arabic interface for two of my staff was a bonus. Support on WhatsApp replied within minutes.”

Which lines we have
Which of those lines does the RMDialer auto dialer price actually include?
The same seven lines, with the honest answer for each. Six of them are the word none.
Line on the bill
What RMDialer charges
Seat price
₹159 per user a month when a year is paid at once, or ₹249 a month when three months are paid at once, in India. Elsewhere, $29 a user for a full year, or $12 a user for a quarter.
Per-minute charge
None. The call leaves on the SIM in the caller's phone and the mobile operator bills it under the plan that phone already has.
Number rental
None. The number customers see is the SIM already in the phone, so there is nothing to rent and nothing to lose when a subscription ends.
Setup or onboarding fee
None. Install from Google Play, make it the phone app, load a list. Training is part of the seat.
Tiers
One plan. The queue, the customer records, reminders, WhatsApp after the call, reports and the Web CRM are in every seat.
Minimum seats
None. One user is a valid order, and the twentieth seat costs exactly what the first did.
Recording add-on
Call recording supported · our team sets it up with you during training. It is not a separate line on the bill.
Six lines can be none because of where the call is placed. A cloud platform carries the call, so it charges for
carrying it, for the number it shows and for the setup. RMDialer asks the phone to dial and the SIM does the rest.

How much does an auto dialer cost for 1, 5 and 20 users for a year?

Two things are worth noticing in that table. First, the twenty-user row is exactly twenty times the one-user row:
there is no volume tier, so a growing team can budget next year's seats by counting next year's callers. Second,
the year paid at once is the better deal in both currencies, by design, because a team that has settled on the app
should not keep paying a premium for the option of leaving.

Cheapest, honestly
What does the cheapest auto dialer really cost once the minutes are counted?
A low seat price is the start of the sum, not the end of it. Here is how to finish it before signing.
Take the cheapest quote on the table and do three multiplications. Callers, times minutes each of them actually
talks in a day, times working days in the year: that is your yearly minutes, and the quote's per-minute rate turns
it into money. Then add twelve months of rental for every virtual number the platform gives you. Then add the
setup fee once, and the recording line if your callers will record. The seat price is usually the smallest of the
four numbers by the time you finish, and the meter is usually the largest.
The trap is that the meter rewards failure. A caller who reaches nobody costs almost nothing in minutes; a caller
who has thirty good conversations a day is the expensive one. So the cheapest auto dialer on paper gets dearer in
exact proportion to how well the calling goes, which is backwards. RMDialer is priced so that a great calling day
and a wasted one cost the same: the seat, and the minutes on a bundle the caller's SIM already had.
Same words, different shelf
Why do some auto dialer price results show alarm dialers?
Search the phrase and a third of the results are boxes with screw terminals. They are real products; they are just not this one.
Alarm auto dialers
A small unit wired to a burglar or fire alarm. When the alarm trips, the box rings a short list of preset numbers and plays a recorded message. The price you see is for the box.
Industrial and telemetry dialers
A box on a pump, a generator or a cold room that rings the engineer when a reading goes out of range. Priced as equipment, often with a SIM slot of its own.
Elderly care and lift dialers
A pendant or a lift panel that dials a family member or a control room at the press of a button. Again, hardware, and nothing to do with working a sales list.
Worked through
How does a gym owner in Lagos compare a per-minute quote with a per-seat app for four callers?
An invented gym and round figures, including a made-up cloud quote, to show the sum a buyer should run before choosing.
Picture a gym owner in Lagos with two branches, four front-desk staff who double as callers, and a membership
list of 2,400 people, a good third of whom are lapsed members. Every January and every September the four of them
ring the lapsed list, and the owner has two quotes on her desk: a cloud dialer priced per seat plus a per-minute
rate, and RMDialer priced per seat with the calls on the staff's own SIMs.
She runs the sum for the cloud quote honestly. Say, purely as an illustration, the quote is a seat fee plus a
per-minute rate and a rented number for each caller. Four callers, ninety minutes of actual talking each on a
calling day, two calling months a year of twenty days each: that is 14,400 minutes a year on the meter, before
the four rented numbers and the setup fee. Whatever the per-minute quote says, that minutes line ends up several
times the seat line.
The RMDialer sum takes one line. Four seats for a year is $116, billed in dollars and converted to naira
by her bank on the day, and the 14,400 minutes go on the four staff SIMs, which already sit on business bundles
the gym pays for whether anyone rings a lapsed member or not. There is no hidden line: no number rental, no setup
fee, no minimum seats, no tier with the reports in it, no add-on for recording.
What she gets for the four seats is the calling itself: the lapsed list split four ways, the reason each member
left showing on screen from last time, a callback set for anyone who says "after Ramadan", and a WhatsApp with
the January offer sent as each call ends. The comparison was never seat price against seat price; it was one
line against five, and the meter decided it.
Auto dialer cost, cheapest auto dialer, power dialer cost, autodialer price: the same sum under eight names
A buyer with a budget line types "auto dialer price" or "autodialer price". A buyer without one yet asks "how much does
an auto dialer cost". Someone already burned by a meter searches "cheapest auto dialer", and a call-centre manager
writes "power dialer cost" or "auto dialer system price" because those are the words on the last quote. Every one of
those searches needs the lines a bill can carry, which of them the product charges, and a total at your real
headcount. RMDialer is the product whose total is one line.
You will also see it called how much does an auto dialer cost, auto dialer cost, cheapest auto dialer, auto dialer software cost, auto dialer software price, auto dialer system price, power dialer cost and autodialer price. They describe the same thing, so whichever phrase
brought you here, this is the page for it.
How it works
How do you check an auto dialer price before paying for it?
1
Count the callers, not the phones
A seat is a person who works a list. Owners and managers who only read the Web CRM do not need a seat, so count the people who will actually press start.
2
Multiply the seat price and stop there
Seats times the yearly or three-month price is the whole RMDialer bill. Write it next to the cloud quote after you have added that quote's minutes, numbers and setup fee.
3
Run three free days before paying
Every feature is on for the first three days with no card asked for. Work a real list, then pay by UPI, card or netbanking for the seats you counted.
Questions
Auto dialer price: questions buyers ask
How much does an auto dialer cost?
It depends on how many lines the quote has. A cloud auto dialer is priced per seat plus minutes, a rented number and often a setup fee, so the true cost only appears after a month of calling. RMDialer's auto dialer price is one line: in India, ₹159 for each user every month when a year is paid up front; outside India, $29 for each user for the full year. Calls go on the phone's own SIM, so no meter runs from us.
What is the auto dialer price per user in India?
₹159 per user a month if you pay for a year at once, which comes to ₹1,908 a seat for the year, or ₹249 a month if you pay for three months at once, which is ₹747 a seat per quarter. Taxes are extra. That one RMDialer seat carries the dialling queue, the customer records, reminders, WhatsApp after the call and the browser view for the owner.
What is the auto dialer software price outside India?
$29 per user for a year, or $12 per user for three months, billed in dollars and converted by your own bank if you pay in another currency. The features are identical to the Indian plan. RMDialer never bills airtime: a caller in Lagos, Manila or Manchester pays their own operator for the call as they always did.
Is there a per-minute charge with an auto dialer?
With a cloud dialer, almost always, because the platform carries the call over the internet and charges for each minute it carries. With RMDialer, no. The app tells the phone to dial and the SIM in the phone places an ordinary mobile call, so the only minute charge is whatever your existing mobile plan says, and for most business SIMs that is a flat bundle.
What is included in the auto dialer price?
In RMDialer, everything the app does: the list that rings itself with a gap you set, the customer record with status, remarks and custom fields, reminders that ring on the day, the WhatsApp template after a call, per-caller reports, the Web CRM in a browser, and the API for pulling call logs into your own system. There is no feature that sits in a dearer plan, because there is only one plan.
What is the cheapest auto dialer?
The cheapest auto dialer is the one whose bill stops at the seat price, because every other line grows with use. A low seat price with a per-minute meter under it is cheap on the day you sign and expensive on the day your callers start reaching people. RMDialer keeps the bill to the seat and lets the SIM handle the minutes, which is why a busy team's cost is the same in month six as in month one.
How much does a power dialer cost compared with an auto dialer?
The words are used for the same thing: a dialer that rings one number after another and waits for a person to finish. Where the price differs is the platform underneath, not the name. A power dialer sold as cloud software carries minutes and number rental; RMDialer is a power dialer that runs on the SIM, so the cost is the seat alone.
How much does a predictive dialer cost?
More, and in more lines. A predictive dialer rings several numbers at once and hands whoever picks up to a free agent, which needs a cloud platform, a floor of agents and a pacing engine, so it is priced per agent plus minutes plus the platform. RMDialer is not predictive: one call at a time, one person on the line, one seat price.
What does an auto dialer system price include on a cloud platform?
Read the quote for the lines under the seat: a monthly rental for each virtual number, a per-minute rate for outbound calls, a setup or onboarding fee, a minimum number of seats, and a separate price for storing recordings. Add them at your real call volume before comparing. RMDialer publishes a seat price and nothing under it.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum number of seats?
Neither. RMDialer is installed from Google Play by the caller in a couple of minutes and there is no onboarding charge. One user is a complete order, and a team adds seats one at a time as it hires. Nothing is charged for the empty chairs a minimum-seat rule would make you pay for.
Does the auto dialer price go up for a bigger team?
The total goes up by exactly one seat per person, and the price per seat stays where it was. There is no tier that switches on at ten or twenty users, and no feature that appears only past a headcount. Twenty users of RMDialer pay twenty times what one user pays, and get twenty copies of the same app.
Why do hardware auto dialer price results show alarm dialers?
Because the phrase has two owners. In security and industrial supply, an auto dialer is a small box that rings preset numbers and plays a recording when an alarm trips or a reading goes wrong. Those prices are for equipment. If you are looking for software that works through a list of customers from a phone, that is what RMDialer is, and the two products share nothing but the words.
Does the auto dialer software cost include call recording?
Call recording supported · our team sets it up with you during training. There is no separate storage fee and no per-minute charge for recordings in the RMDialer bill. What every seat keeps without any setup is the written record of each call: the outcome, the remark and the follow-up date.
How is the auto dialer bill paid, and does the price include tax?
Prices are per user and exclusive of taxes, so the tax for your country is added at checkout. In India RMDialer takes payment through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking; elsewhere it is a card payment in dollars. Yearly and three-month billing are the two options; there is no monthly plan, which is part of why the yearly seat works out at ₹159 a month rather than more.
Is there a free auto dialer, or a free trial before the price applies?
Both, in a specific sense. Using RMDialer as the phone app for ordinary calls is free for good and needs no account. The list that rings itself, the customer records, reminders, WhatsApp and the reports are free for three days with everything on and no card taken, and then become the seat price above. There is no free-forever version of the list dialling.
The business dialer is free forever with no account and no expiry: the keypad, contacts, caller ID, the call log and your call analytics, plus free WhatsApp sends every day. A plan adds the customer record after every call, follow-up reminders, list auto dialing, your team and WhatsApp automation.
