Auto dialer app and telecalling CRM, country by country

RMDialer is an auto dialer app and telecalling CRM that runs on the SIM already in the phone, so it works anywhere that SIM does. What genuinely changes by market is the language your team works in, which lead sources are worth connecting, and the local rules on unsolicited calling. That is what these pages cover.

Does RMDialer work outside India?

Yes. RMDialer dials through the SIM already in the phone, so it works in any country where that SIM works, with no local telephony to provision, no virtual numbers and no per-minute platform charges. The app ships in 40 languages, so teams in the Gulf, Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia can each work in their own language while sharing the same lead records. What changes by market is the language, the lead sources worth connecting, and the local rules on unsolicited calling.

What businesses outside India say about RMDialer

Real businesses, real numbers: how owners and sales teams across India and 12+ countries use RMDialer every day.

Rated 4.9 by customers 5.0 on Google Play 1K+ downloads India + 12+ countries
  • “We needed an auto dialer app that works on our own MTN and Airtel lines, not a call centre subscription in dollars. RMDialer runs on the phones my agents already have, dials the enquiry list, and the WhatsApp follow-up goes out after every call. Works even when the network drops and syncs later.”
Grace Okafor Managing director · Travel agency Lagos, Nigeria
  • “Telecaller app for Android that my staff actually use. Enquiry list is assigned to each telecaller, the auto dialer calls it from their own SIM, and test ride bookings come to me live. Punjabi interface for the girls at the desk. Price is honest, everything included, no per-user surprises.”
Harpreet Singh Owner · Two-wheeler showroom Ludhiana
  • “Most CRM tools here are built for a desk. Our brokers sell from their phones, so a telecalling CRM inside the dialer made sense. Leads from Facebook ads land in the app, the auto dialer calls them, and the tripping schedule rings each broker. Tagalog interface, own Globe SIM, no VoIP number for clients to distrust.”
Maria Santos Operations lead · Real estate brokerage Manila, Philippines
  • “Multilingual team, so a CRM with English, Malay and Chinese interfaces mattered. The auto dialer runs our launch lists on the agents' own Maxis SIMs and the manager sees every call and remark live. We compared three cloud call centre tools; this cost a fraction and needed no virtual numbers.”
Daniel Tan Sales director · Property developer Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • “Order calling to 350 chemists every week. The list auto dials from each MR's own SIM, the order remark goes on the chemist's number, and I see calls and talk time per MR every evening on the web. Bulk WhatsApp for the new scheme went to the whole list from the call log in one go.”
Manoj Kumar Regional head · Pharma distribution Patna
  • “We looked for telecalling software for a nine-person loan team and every quote came with cloud seats and per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling software runs on the callers' own Jio SIMs: the lead list dials itself, the remark goes on the number, and I get dials, connects and talk time per caller every evening. Cost is one flat price per user.”
Kavita Iyer Operations head · Loan DSA Chennai

Using RMDialer outside India

Updated on

Which countries does RMDialer work in?

Any country where your SIM works, because the calls are ordinary SIM calls placed by the Android app rather than routed through a cloud provider. There is nothing to provision per country. The pages here cover the markets where the language support and lead sources are most specific, but the product is not restricted to them.

Do I need a local virtual number to use it abroad?

No. That is the point of SIM-based dialing: the call goes out on the mobile number already in the phone, so the customer sees a normal local number rather than an unfamiliar virtual one, and calls back to the right person. It also means no per-minute platform charges anywhere.

What languages does the app support?

It ships in 40 languages including Arabic, Bengali, Filipino, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Malay, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Tamil, Turkish, Urdu, Vietnamese and Chinese in both scripts. The setting is per person on their own phone, so a mixed team shares one set of leads while each caller works in their own language.

Is pricing different by country?

Two price lists, same product. In India it is ₹159 per user per month on yearly billing, or ₹249 on the 3-month plan, plus taxes; outside India it is $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India. Every feature is included everywhere, with a free 3-day trial. Calls cost whatever your local operator charges, because they run on your own SIM.

Is there an auto dialer app that works outside India?

Yes. RMDialer dials from whatever SIM is in the phone, so it works in any country where that SIM makes calls, and the app runs in 40 languages. Pricing outside India is $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India.

Does the telecalling CRM handle international phone numbers?

Yes. Numbers carrying a country code keep their own country, and bare local numbers take the country you set, so a team calling several markets never has numbers rewritten to the wrong country.

Can I use it for a remote or offshore calling team?

Yes. Each caller uses RMDialer on their own phone wherever they are, leads are assigned centrally, and the owner sees calls, statuses and follow-ups per person from any browser.

Where do I download RMDialer outside India?

From Google Play in any country: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wappblaster.rmdialer. The free 3-day trial works worldwide, with no credit card and no local number required.

What is the difference between a power dialer and a predictive dialer?

A power dialer calls one number at a time for one agent and waits for that call to end, so every answered call has a person ready. A predictive dialer calls several numbers at once and connects the ones that answer to whichever agent is free, which needs a call-centre server and causes dropped "silent" calls. Mobile auto dialers like RMDialer are power dialers on a SIM.

What is a SIM-based dialer and how is it different from cloud telephony?

A SIM-based dialer places calls from the SIM in the user's own phone, so the customer sees a normal mobile number and the call costs whatever the operator plan charges. Cloud telephony routes calls through a virtual number on a server and bills per user plus per minute, in return for features like IVR and recording. For outbound sales on mobile numbers, SIM calling gets answered more often and costs far less.

Why do customers not answer calls from virtual numbers?

Because caller ID apps and phone dialers increasingly flag pooled virtual and VoIP numbers as spam or business calls, and because the same virtual number is often used for many campaigns. A real mobile number from a local SIM looks like a person calling, which is why SIM-based dialers report higher connect rates in India.

Can I use an auto dialer with a local SIM in the UAE, Nigeria or the Philippines?

Yes. The dialer places ordinary SIM calls from the phone, so it works on Etisalat and du, MTN and Airtel, Globe and Smart, or any other operator, at the operator's normal call rates. Follow the local rules on marketing calls (for example the UAE's and the Philippines' consent requirements) exactly as you would for manual calls.

What is an auto dialer app?

An auto dialer app calls a list of phone numbers one after another so the caller never types a number. On Android, an app like RMDialer runs the session on the phone itself using the SIM already in it: you pick a list from Excel, a Google Sheet, an API or assigned leads, press start, and the app dials each number in turn while you mark the outcome between calls.

Does RMDialer work on iPhone?

No. RMDialer is an Android app because iOS does not let a third-party app replace the phone dialer, read the call log or place calls automatically. It supports Android 8.0 and above. The owner's Web CRM works in any browser, including Safari on a Mac or iPhone.
