Paid Clients, Payments & Renewals. With RMDialer, the client renewal reminder app inside your dialer, the renewal rings you before it lapses.
RMDialer is a client renewal reminder and payment tracker inside the dialer: one tap on Paid Client turns the lead into a paying customer, with the product, package, amount paid, amount due, and expiry recorded on the spot. They move to their own Clients tab, and the renewal rings you before it lapses.

- Revenue today, week, month
- Renewal tracker
One tap turns a lead into a paying client · Renewal rings before expiry · Dues never forgotten
Your own SIM, own Android phone, no virtual number · Mobile app + Web CRM in one plan · No card for the trial
What is a client renewal reminder app?
Yes. Every sale in RMDialer records what was sold, how much was paid and how much is pending, plus a renewal date drawn from the package. The Clients tab totals collected and due for the day, week, month and year, and reminders fire before a client expires rather than after. That timing is what decides the money: a renewal chased a week early is a routine invoice, while the same renewal chased a week after it lapses is a fresh sale you have to win again, usually against whoever noticed the lapse first. Because part-payments are recorded as paid-versus-due rather than one closed amount, the outstanding total stays visible instead of living in memory. Products and packages are set up once and reused on every sale, so pricing stays consistent across the whole team.
- Paid vs due on every sale
- Revenue for today, this week, this month, this year
- Automatic reminders before a renewal date
- Product and package catalogs you maintain once
What businesses say about RMDialer
Real businesses, real numbers: how owners and sales teams across India and 12+ countries use RMDialer every day.
-
“I am a one-person business. RMDialer is the business dialer app on my own phone: every customer call becomes a record, the wedding date is the reminder, and the new collection goes out as a WhatsApp broadcast to my 600 customers from the call log. Paid clients tab shows who has paid and who has balance due.”
Pooja Rathore Owner · Boutique and bridal wear Jodhpur -
“Membership renewals were slipping. Now every member's expiry date rings the front desk 7 days before and a WhatsApp offer goes out automatically. Trial visitors who did not join are in the lost leads list and get a call at month end. Renewals up about 25% since we started.”
Shalini Joshi Franchise owner · Gym and fitness studio Bhopal -
“Subscription business: every client's plan expiry is a renewal reminder and every prospect from the webinar list is auto dialled the next morning. Paid vs due on each client is visible, so collections are not in my head anymore. The daily call report keeps my two callers honest.”
Rajesh Joshi Owner · Stock advisory service Vadodara -
“Renewal reminder is the reason I pay for it. Every policy due date rings me 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before, with the client's number right there. Earlier 3 to 4 renewals a year quietly went to other agents. Small app, big difference for a single agent like me.”
Sunita Verma LIC advisor · Insurance agency Indore -
“Renewal reminders and call tracking for 5 agents on Safaricom lines. Every policy renewal rings the right agent before it lapses, and I see the calls each agent made without asking. The app worked offline during a network outage upcountry and synced when we were back. Priced for a small business, which most CRMs are not.”
James Mwangi Founder · Insurance brokerage Nairobi, Kenya -
“Collections calling is volume work. The auto dialer clears 250 numbers per executive per day from their own SIM, promise-to-pay dates become reminders, and the daily call report shows connected versus not reachable per person. Talk time per employee ended the "phone was busy all day" excuse.”

Paid Clients, Payments & Renewals, in detail
One tap from the same screen
The Paid Client button sits right on the customer's screen. No new app, no separate register: the call becomes the sale record.
A Clients tab, separate from leads
Paying customers get their own list with revenue cards (today, week, month, year) and filters like "Expiring today" and "Next 7 days".
Exactly what they bought
Attach products and a package (monthly, yearly, your own) from your catalogs, so every client record says precisely what was sold.
Paid vs due, never a guess
Each sale records the amount paid and the amount pending, and the Clients tab totals collected vs due for you.
Renewals ring by themselves
Every sale carries an expiry date. RMDialer reminds you before it arrives, and Renew extends from the current end date, no downtime for the customer.
Your fields, your voice
Add your own client fields with Manage fields, dictate the client name instead of typing, and copy name, mobile, or email in one tap.
New number? Still one step
Add a paid client with a number that was never a lead: the app creates the lead for you on save, so nothing exists outside the system.
One app. Every feature. One price.
Whether you are one person or one thousand, every RMDialer user gets the complete feature set. No tiers, no locked buttons, no "upgrade to unlock".
Works even better with
Products You Sell (Catalog)
Maintain your product list once, attach it to leads and sales, and add a new one on the fly.
Packages You Sell (Catalog)
Monthly, yearly, or your own packages, attached to each sale and driving the renewal date.
Paid vs Due on Every Sale
Record how much they paid and how much is pending. The Clients tab totals collected and due for you.
Questions, answered
How do I make someone a paid client?
One tap: the Paid Client button on the customer's screen opens the form with their number already filled. Add the product, package, and amounts, then Save.
What if the buyer was never a lead?
Just type the new number. The app tells you "A lead will be created on save" and does it for you, so the customer exists properly in the system.
Can one customer have multiple sales?
Yes. Every sale is its own record, so repeat sales and multiple packages per client are normal, and the full buying history stays on the client.
Can I track partial payments?
Yes. Each sale records the amount paid and the amount due, and the Clients tab shows collected vs due totals.
How do renewals work?
Every sale can carry an expiry date. Filters like "Expiring today" and "Next 7 days" show what is due, a reminder rings before the date, and Renew extends from the current end date with no gap.
What are products and packages for?
Catalogs you maintain once and attach to sales, so every client record says exactly what was sold and your reports stay consistent. You can also add a product or package on the fly while saving.
Can I add my own client fields?
Yes. Manage fields lets you define your own client fields, so the form matches how your business actually sells.
Do I get revenue summaries?
Yes: today, week, month, and year cards on the Clients tab, plus due and collected amounts at a glance.
How do I remind clients about renewals automatically?
Record each paying client once with the product, package, amount paid, amount due and expiry date. The app then rings the right person before expiry (for example 30, 7 and 1 days before) and can send a WhatsApp reminder automatically at each step, so renewals stop depending on a diary.
Which telecalling app is best for insurance agents?
One with renewal reminders built in: every policy's due date rings the advisor before it lapses, new leads move through quote, documents and medical as statuses, and proposals go out on WhatsApp after the call. For a single agent the app is a personal CRM; for an agency the owner sees every advisor's calls and renewals.
What is an auto dialer app?
An auto dialer app calls a list of phone numbers one after another so the caller never types a number. On Android, an app like RMDialer runs the session on the phone itself using the SIM already in it: you pick a list from Excel, a Google Sheet, an API or assigned leads, press start, and the app dials each number in turn while you mark the outcome between calls.
What is a telecalling CRM?
A telecalling CRM is customer software built around phone calls: the lead list, the dialer, the call outcome and the follow-up live in one place. The mobile kind, such as RMDialer, replaces the Android phone app on each rep's handset so every call automatically becomes a record with a status, a remark and the next follow-up, and the manager sees the whole team on a web dashboard.
What is the difference between telecalling software and a CRM?
Telecalling software is built to make and track calls (dialing lists, call logs, per-caller reports). A CRM is built to hold customer records and pipeline stages. Most Indian sales teams need both at once, which is why a telecalling CRM combines them: the call itself creates and updates the customer record, so nobody types into a separate system after the call.
What is a CRM dialer?
A CRM dialer is a single app where the dialer and the customer record are the same thing: the call screen shows the lead, and ending the call updates it. It differs from a CRM with "dialer integration", which is two products joined by a sync. RMDialer is a CRM dialer for Android that runs on the user's own SIM.
