Telecalling is one job with five separate questions. With RMDialer, the telecalling software that runs on your team's own phones, each of them has its own answer.
RMDialer is telecalling software for teams calling from their own SIMs. This page is the map: which of the pages below answers the question you actually arrived with.
- What the app replaces
- What the SIM decides
- Where the rules start
- How managers review it
- How it feeds your CRM
One page per question, and each one says how it differs from its neighbours

What is telecalling, and what software does it need?
Telecalling is the Indian term for doing business over ordinary phone calls: working lists of enquiries, customers and follow-ups rather than cold-calling strangers. The software it needs is unusual in one respect: it has to run where the calls actually happen, which is on a phone, because a desktop CRM cannot see a mobile call it was not part of. That is why this family of tools replaces the phone's dialer instead of sitting beside it. RMDialer is one of them, at about ₹159 per user per month, and the pages below cover the parts of the job separately: what the app replaces on a caller's desk, what the SIM itself decides, where India's calling rules begin, how a manager reviews quality, and how the whole thing feeds another system by API.
- Runs on the phone, because that is where the calls are
- Own SIMs and own numbers, not virtual ones
- One page per part of the job, listed below
- The rules follow your LIST, not your software
Which telecalling page answers your question?
Each line says what that page covers and, more usefully, what it does not. If two of them sound the same to you, tell us: that means we have written them badly.
The telecalling app, and what it replaces
telecalling app
What a telecalling app takes over from (the register, the shared sheet, the phone's own dialer) and what a working day on it looks like hour by hour. The category argument lives on the telecalling software page; one caller's shift lives on the telecaller app page.
Telemarketing software, and the rules behind it
telemarketing software
Where TRAI's DND, 140-series and DLT rules begin, and how to tell whether your list puts you inside them. Written because the glossary already says RMDialer is not a telemarketing platform, so this page draws the line rather than blurring it.
Dialling from your own SIM, in practice
sim based dialer app
The operational consequences of the SIM itself: tariffs, carrier fair-usage limits, which slot dials, spam flags on a number, porting, and what happens to the number when a caller resigns. The category argument lives on the telecalling software page; this one is about the connection.
Reviewing how the calls went
call monitoring software
The QUALITY half: what was said, what was agreed, whether the promise was kept, and the honest limits of monitoring SIM calls (no live listen-in, partial audio). The counting half already lives on the employee call tracking page, and this one must never drift into it.
Getting calls into your own product
dialer api for crm
The integration audience: what events cross the wire, webhook versus polled cursor, and why reading the Android call log yourself stops being the cheap option at product scale. The call-log data model itself belongs to the developer reference page.

“Telecaller app for Android that my staff actually use. Enquiry list is assigned to each telecaller, the auto dialer calls it from their own SIM, and test ride bookings come to me live. Punjabi interface for the girls at the desk. Price is honest, everything included, no per-user surprises.”
Harpreet Singh Owner · Two-wheeler showroom Ludhiana -
“Forty counsellors, all on RMDialer as their telecaller app. Assigned queues, sessions from their own SIMs, and a live team dashboard with calls, connected and talk time per counsellor. The employee-wise call logs report replaced two Excel sheets and one full-time MIS person. Rollout took a week.”
Sneha Kapoor Head of inside sales · EdTech company Mumbai -
“We looked for telecalling software for a nine-person loan team and every quote came with cloud seats and per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling software runs on the callers' own Jio SIMs: the lead list dials itself, the remark goes on the number, and I get dials, connects and talk time per caller every evening. Cost is one flat price per user.”
Kavita Iyer Operations head · Loan DSA Chennai -
“Telecaller software that my counsellors actually open, because it is the phone app itself. Demo bookings from the website land in the queue, get dialled the same hour, and the WhatsApp with the course link goes out after each call. Four stars: the Excel import wanted the number column named exactly, so my first upload took two tries.”
Arjun Mehta Co-founder · EdTech startup Indore -
“We tried two telecalling CRM software before this and my counsellors stopped filling them within a week. RMDialer is the phone app itself, so every admission enquiry gets logged whether they like it or not. The auto WhatsApp after call sends the fee structure by itself. I see all 4 counsellors' calls on the web CRM every evening.”
Priya Nair Owner · Coaching institute Kochi -
“Team of 9 salesmen on their own SIMs, no VoIP, no per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling CRM shows me who called which customer, talk time and the remark, employee wise. Arabic interface for two of my staff was a bonus. Support on WhatsApp replied within minutes.”

Where does the rest of the telecalling material live?
These four predate the pages above and cover the category, the team, the caller and the counting.
Telecalling software
The category itself, and the architecture argument: what SIM-based means against cloud telephony, and why that choice decides answer rates and the bill.
Telecalling CRM for sales teams
The record side for a team: assigned queues, every call visible to a manager, transfers that carry the history with them.
Telecaller app for Android
One caller's shift, from the inside. Written for the phrase a telecaller types rather than the one an owner types.
Employee call tracking
The counting: how many calls, how long, per person, and the report that arrives without being asked for.
Why is this split across several pages instead of one long one?
Because the questions have genuinely different answers, and the people asking them are not the same people. An owner deciding whether to stop using a paper register is not weighing the same thing as a compliance manager working out whether TRAI's rules apply to their list, and neither is the developer trying to get call data into a product. A single page long enough to serve all three serves none of them well.
The rule we hold ourselves to is that every page here must be at least 95% unique against every other page on the site, measured on shared phrasing, and a build fails if it is not. That is a deliberately awkward standard, because the easy version of a site like this one is thirty pages that say the same thing with the nouns swapped, and that is both useless to read and the specific thing search engines are built to discount.
