Short answer
How do leads from other platforms get into RMDialer?
RMDialer takes leads in through four doors. The Custom Webhook gives any form, CRM or automation a URL to post to, and each request becomes a lead, mapped once and shared round robin across the callers you choose. A live Google Sheet keeps adding new rows as leads. The REST API lead source reads an API URL on a schedule. And any list can be imported from Excel, CSV or JSON. IndiaMART and Google Ads lead forms post to the webhook directly; Facebook lead ads go through a connector such as Zapier, Make or Pabbly; property portals that only email their leads go through an email parser. Once a lead lands, it is called from the caller’s own SIM.
Key takeaways
RMDialer’s Custom Webhook turns any post from a form, CRM or automation into a lead.
IndiaMART and Google Ads lead forms post to RMDialer directly.
Facebook lead ads use a connector; email-only portals use an email parser.
Every source keeps its own name, mapping and team of callers.
Four doors
What are the ways to bring leads into RMDialer?
Pick the one your source supports. All four end in the same place: a lead with a source, assigned to a caller.
Not listed? Any tool that can post JSON to a webhook when a form is submitted can send leads to RMDialer, such as
Typeform and Tally, and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect and n8n. Tools that only send form data,
such as Jotform or Elementor forms, reach it through one of those automation tools.
The whole flow from source to call is on lead automation.
The RMDialer side
How does the RMDialer Custom Webhook work?
Create the URL in the RMDialer Web CRM, then paste it wherever your form, CRM or automation asks for a webhook address.
Step 1: the Custom Webhook screen in the RMDialer Web CRM.
Step 1
Create the URL
In the RMDialer Web CRM, open Custom Webhook and name it, for example “Website contact form”. The name is also the source on any lead that arrives without one. You can edit the webhook later; the URL stays the same and leads keep arriving while you do.
Step 2
Capture a test
Send one test lead from your source as JSON, the format the webhook accepts. The page waits and shows the request the moment it lands. Nothing is imported from it until the fields are mapped.
Step 3
Map its fields
Every field in the request is listed with a sample value, nested ones as paths such as lead.name or utm.utm_source. Pick which is the phone, the name, the city or the source, ignore the rest, or add a new field with +.
Step 4
Assign
Choose a product, then share the leads round robin across all employees or only the ones you tick. For a number you already hold, the request can update that lead instead: only the mapped fields that have a value, with the old version kept in the lead’s history. It never makes a second lead.
Step 3: fields from a real test request, nested paths included. Sample name half-masked.Step 4: who gets the leads, and what happens to a number you already hold. Staff names and numbers half-masked.
Nothing goes missing quietly
What happens to each request a webhook receives?
Every request is written to a log: its result, how many leads were new, updated, the same, duplicates or bad, how long it took, and the body itself. Rejected requests are the ones to read first.
The webhook list and its request log. The newest 100 requests are shown, and the last 200 per webhook are kept.
Test captured. The first request is held for mapping; nothing is imported from it.
Leads processed. Each later request shows how many leads were new or updated.
Same or duplicate. A number you already hold is updated or left alone, never added twice.
Bad. A request RMDialer could not use, with its body one click away so you can see why.
Questions
RMDialer integrations: common questions
Which platforms can send leads to RMDialer?
Any platform that can post JSON to a webhook URL, any Google Sheet, any source with a REST API, and any list you can save as Excel, CSV or JSON. The pages linked here cover the most asked-about platforms step by step, including IndiaMART, Google Ads, Facebook lead ads, 99acres, MagicBricks, JustDial, Bayut, Property Finder and dubizzle.
What is the RMDialer Custom Webhook?
A URL you create in the RMDialer Web CRM. Give it to a form, CRM or automation tool, send one test lead, map which field is the phone and name, and choose the employees who share the leads round robin. Every request it receives after that becomes a lead, and each one is written to a request log you can open.
What happens when the same number arrives twice?
RMDialer never makes a second lead for a number it already holds. Set to update, the new request fills in the mapped fields that have a value and keeps the old version in the lead’s history, and the request log counts it as updated, the same or a duplicate.
Do I need Zapier to connect a lead source to RMDialer?
Only when the source cannot post to a URL itself, such as Facebook lead ads, or when its data needs reshaping first. IndiaMART’s push API and Google Ads lead forms post to the RMDialer webhook directly; portals that only send emails need an email parser instead.
Can form builders like Typeform or Jotform send leads to RMDialer?
Yes. The RMDialer webhook accepts JSON, so a form builder that sends its webhook as JSON, such as Typeform or Tally, can post to it directly: paste the URL, submit a test entry and map the fields. Builders that send form data instead, such as Jotform or Elementor forms, go through a relay like Zapier, Make or Pabbly that posts JSON on their behalf.
What format does the RMDialer webhook accept?
JSON, including nested objects, which RMDialer lists as paths such as lead.name so you can map them. If a source can only send form data, put a relay such as Zapier, Make or Pabbly in between to post the same lead as JSON.
How are incoming leads shared between callers?
Each webhook, live sheet or import has its own list of employees, and leads are shared round robin, one employee after another. Leads that arrive without a source of their own are filed under the webhook’s name, so every lead shows where it came from.
Can one account take leads from several platforms?
Yes. Create a webhook per platform or per campaign in the same RMDialer account. Each has its own name, mapping and team, and the Web CRM reports calls and outcomes by source.
What does RMDialer charge for integrations?
Nothing extra. The webhook, live sheets, API lead source and imports are in the RMDialer plan: ₹159 per user a month on yearly billing in India, or $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India. Connector and parser tools have their own plans.
