CRM Dialer · Dialer + CRM in One Android App

A CRM dialer is one app. The call is the data entry. With RMDialer, the CRM dialer for Android on your own SIM, the calls maintain the CRM.

RMDialer is a CRM dialer for Android: it replaces the phone app, so every call opens with the customer's record and closes by updating it in two taps. Nobody maintains the CRM, because the calls do.

What is a CRM dialer?

A CRM dialer is a phone dialer and CRM in one app: the call screen shows the customer’s status and last note before you answer, and two taps when the call ends update the record, so the CRM fills itself from the calls. That makes it different from a desktop CRM with calling bolted on, where updating records is separate work that phone-based teams quietly stop doing. RMDialer is a CRM dialer for Android that replaces the normal phone app, dials from your own SIM (no VoIP or virtual numbers), auto dials lead lists, and follows up on WhatsApp automatically. RMDialer CRM dialer costs ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with the auto dialer, lead CRM, WhatsApp automation, reminders and team reports included; it needs Android 8 or newer and starts with a free 3-day trial, no card.

  • One app: the dialer is the CRM, nothing to integrate
  • Record on the call screen before you answer
  • Auto dials any list and updates leads between calls
  • ₹159/user/month on yearly (₹249 on 3-month), all features
One business call in RMDialer: the phone rings with the customer's story on screen, you talk, save the outcome in two taps, WhatsApp sends the details itself, and the follow-up reminder rings on time so the next call starts with the story again. Phone rings, story on screen name · lead status · your last remark You talk, already knowing them Call ends: two taps status · remark · follow-up, saved WhatsApp sends the details itself Follow-up rings like an alarm on time, with the whole story loaded the next call starts here Nobody "maintains a CRM" anywhere in this loop. The call itself creates the record.

Rated 4.9 by customers 5.0 on Google Play 1K+ downloads India + 12+ countries
  • “Best CRM dialer we have used for a small team. Call comes in, the lead card is already on screen with the last remark, and the status change is two taps. Only complaint: the web CRM export could use more filters. Otherwise our 6 person sales team lives in it.”
Neha Srivastava Founder · Digital marketing agency Lucknow
  • “In this business the remark is everything: what the family said last time, which profiles were shared. RMDialer shows that remark the moment they call. The lead CRM inside the dialer replaced my three registers. Hindi and Urdu interface both work for my staff.”
Irfan Khan Owner · Matrimony bureau Bhopal
  • “Lead management app for our admission counsellors across 3 branches. Every parent enquiry has a status, a remark and a follow-up, and the branch heads see their own funnel. The bulk WhatsApp for the open-day invite went to 900 parents from the app with delivered and read counts. Admissions were up 18% this year.”
Kavita Deshmukh Admissions head · Preschool chain Nagpur
  • “The WhatsApp CRM part sold me. Client chats, their call history and the site visit reminder sit on one record, so when a client rings after two months I know exactly where the kitchen quote stopped. Photos of samples go from the chat inside the dialer. Bengali interface for my junior designer.”
Anjali Sen Owner · Interior design studio Kolkata
  • “Every visa enquiry moves through counselling, documents and filing as lead statuses, and the counsellor's phone rings for each follow-up. What I check daily is the employee call logs report: calls, connected, talk time per counsellor, on my phone. The register we used to maintain is gone.”
Arjun Mehta Branch manager · Immigration consultancy Chandigarh
  • “Team of 9 salesmen on their own SIMs, no VoIP, no per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling CRM shows me who called which customer, talk time and the remark, employee wise. Arabic interface for two of my staff was a bonus. Support on WhatsApp replied within minutes.”
Mohammed Faisal Sales manager · Building materials trading Dubai, UAE

The checklist

What must a real CRM dialer do?

Miss any one of these and the record develops holes, which is how CRMs die.

It must BE the phone app

A CRM dialer that is not the default dialer gets bypassed the first busy morning. If normal calls happen outside it, the record has holes by lunch.

The record must open with the call

Name, lead status and the last remark on the call screen itself, before you answer. History you must go looking for is history that goes unread.

Saving must be faster than not saving

Two taps when the call ends: status, remark, follow-up. The moment updating the CRM is a separate job, it stops happening.

It must dial the list for you

A CRM dialer without an auto dialer still leaves the typing, searching and "who is next" to a human. The list should call itself.

Follow-up must leave the phone

The promised WhatsApp with details should send itself when the call ends, while the customer is still interested.

It must survive a lost phone

The record belongs to the business, not the handset. Sign in on a new phone and every lead, remark and reminder is back.

One app vs two products

CRM with dialer integration or a CRM dialer: what is the difference?

The difference is not features. It is whether the record survives a busy week.

CRM on the laptop, calls on the phone

One app: the phone IS the CRM

Records typed in after the call, from memory

Records saved in 2 taps as the call ends

Integration breaks, sync delays, two logins

Nothing to integrate: the call creates the entry

Telephony billed separately (cloud/VoIP minutes)

Calls on your own SIM at normal call rates

Customer sees an unfamiliar virtual number

Customer sees your own number and answers

Per-user price + telephony + WhatsApp tool

₹159/user/month on yearly, everything included

Questions

CRM dialer: common questions

Updated on

Which is the best CRM dialer app?

A CRM dialer is only worth having if it is genuinely one app: the record must open as the phone rings and close when you hang up. So the test is whether it replaces the default phone dialer, whether incoming calls show the lead status and last remark before you answer, and whether the outcome saves without opening anything else. Anything that merely adds a call button to a desktop CRM will be abandoned by a busy phone team within weeks. RMDialer is built as the dialer first, with the CRM inside it.

How do I use a CRM dialer app?

Install it, accept the one-tap prompt to make it your default phone app, and keep calling exactly as before. From the next call onward the customer name, lead status and last remark appear on the call screen, and when the call ends the after-call sheet takes the status, a remark and a follow-up. Your existing call history is untouched, dual SIM works as before, and everything you save syncs to your account and the Web CRM.

Is there a mobile CRM app with a dialer built in?

That is exactly what a CRM dialer is, and what RMDialer is: one Android app that replaces the phone dialer and holds the CRM. The customer record opens when the phone rings, the outcome is saved in two taps when the call ends, and the follow-up rings on the same phone. Nothing is integrated or synced between two products, because there is only one product.

How is a CRM dialer different from an auto dialer?

An auto dialer answers "how do I call this list fastest"; a CRM dialer answers "how does every call become a customer record". Good CRM dialers include an auto dialer as a feature: RMDialer auto dials any list (Excel, Google Sheet, API, assigned leads, follow-ups) and updates each lead between calls from the after-call sheet.

Does a CRM dialer need VoIP or a virtual number?

No, and for Indian outbound calling it is usually better without one. RMDialer calls from the SIM already in the phone, so the customer sees your normal mobile number instead of a virtual number that caller-ID apps increasingly flag as spam. There is no IVR, no cloud telephony bill, and calls cost whatever your operator charges.

Can a team use one CRM dialer account?

Each rep runs the app on their own phone with their own SIM, and the records flow to one place: leads assigned per rep, every call logged with status and remarks, and per-person reports of calls, talk time and outcomes. Transfers carry the full history with them.

What does a CRM dialer cost in India?

Two-product setups (desktop CRM plus cloud telephony) typically run ₹500 to ₹1,500 per user a month once you add call minutes. Because a SIM-based CRM dialer has no telephony bill, RMDialer is ₹159/user/month on the yearly plan (₹249 on the 3-month plan, plus taxes), with every feature included: auto dialer, lead CRM, bulk and auto WhatsApp, reminders and team reports.

What is a CRM dialer, and how is it different from a normal dialer?

A CRM dialer is a phone dialer with the customer record inside it. RMDialer shows the lead status, last remark and pending follow-up on the call screen, and saves the outcome in two taps when the call ends, where a normal dialer shows only the number.

Is RMDialer a telecaller app and a sales dialer for teams?

Both. One person uses RMDialer as a telecaller app with an auto dialer and lead CRM; a team adds users, each with their own assigned queue, and the owner sees every call, status and follow-up per person.

Does the CRM dialer include call tracking and lead automation?

Yes. RMDialer tracks every SIM call per user (calls, connected calls, talk time, follow-ups) and lead automation brings new enquiries in from Google Sheets, a REST API, Facebook, IndiaMART or JustDial, assigns them and queues them for dialing.

Where do I download a CRM dialer app for Android?

RMDialer is on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wappblaster.rmdialer. It needs Android 8 or newer, becomes your phone app in one tap, and starts a free 3-day trial with no credit card.

Does the CRM part work offline?

Yes. Calls run on the mobile network, and leads, statuses and remarks save on the phone itself, syncing to your account when data returns. A day of patchy signal does not leave holes in the record.

What is a telecalling CRM?

A telecalling CRM is customer software built around phone calls: the lead list, the dialer, the call outcome and the follow-up live in one place. The mobile kind, such as RMDialer, replaces the Android phone app on each rep's handset so every call automatically becomes a record with a status, a remark and the next follow-up, and the manager sees the whole team on a web dashboard.

Why do telecallers stop using the CRM?

Because a separate CRM means typing after every call, and on a busy day the typing is the first thing dropped. The fix is a CRM that lives inside the dialer: the call creates the record, the outcome is two taps on the after-call screen, and the follow-up is set in the same motion. When updating the CRM costs nothing extra, it stays updated.

How does a CRM dialer work on Android?

Updated 2 September 2026

A CRM dialer is a phone dialer and a CRM in the same app, so the customer record is on screen before you answer and updated the moment you hang up. That is the difference from a desktop CRM with click-to-call bolted on: there, the call happens in one place and the record is typed into another, which is why phone-based teams quietly stop updating it. Here the call log is the CRM entry, so a mobile CRM app stays complete without discipline.

In practice it means every number is a lead with your own statuses and custom fields, remarks after each call, full call history, reminders that ring full-screen on time, WhatsApp chats against the same contact, and paid-client and renewal records when the lead finally buys. When the phone rings, the name, the status and the last remark are already there, so the conversation starts where the previous one ended.

Because it replaces the default phone app on Android 8 and above, none of this depends on the caller opening a separate CRM. Dual SIM works as before, the system call log is untouched, and the whole record backs up to your account so a lost or changed phone does not lose the business memory. The owner sees the same data in the Web CRM from any browser.
