I got a partner-branded app (like Call Dialer). Is it the same?
Yes. Partner brands run on the same platform with the same features and updates. Use whichever app your provider gave you. This website applies to all of them.
Is my existing call history safe?
Yes. RMDialer reads the same system call log your current dialer uses. Nothing is deleted or moved.
Can I go back to my old dialer?
Any time, from your phone settings. Your data stays in your RMDialer account either way.
Is there an iPhone or iOS version to download?
No. The app is Android only, because only Android lets an app become your default phone dialer and read the call log. iPhone users can still sign in to the Web CRM in any browser to manage leads, the team and reports, while the calling runs on Android phones.
Do I need to download an APK file?
No. Install RMDialer from Google Play like any other app, so you get Play Protect scanning and automatic updates. Avoid any site offering an RMDialer APK or a cracked or modded version: those are not ours and your leads and call history are the thing at risk.
Can I install it on more than one phone?
Yes. Sign in with the same number on a new phone and your leads, statuses, remarks and reminders come down from your account, so changing or adding a phone does not mean starting over. Each person calling needs their own user on the plan.

Do I need a cloud number or SIM card to use it?
Just the SIM already in your phone. RMDialer places every call through that SIM, so customers see your normal number, calls cost your normal operator rate, and there is no virtual number to buy.
Can my whole team download and use the same account?
Yes. Each telecaller installs RMDialer on their own phone and signs in with the number you added to the team, so leads assign to them individually and the owner sees everyone's calls in one place.
Is there a free trial and do I need a credit card?
Yes, 3 days with every feature unlocked for the whole team, and no card is needed. Install from the Play Store, sign in, and the trial starts. At the end you choose the 3-month or the yearly plan from inside the app or on the pricing page.
Is there a free telecalling app with CRM?
Free plans exist but they cap what matters: a limited number of calls or leads, no team reports, and no WhatsApp automation. Almost none include a CRM in the free tier, because the CRM is the product. A full-feature free trial (RMDialer gives 3 days, no card) tells you more than a permanently limited free plan.
