Is there a free telecalling app?
A free telecalling app exists, but every free plan caps something that matters: the number of calls a day, the list size, or the CRM and team features. Calley has a free starter plan with daily call limits and DialMaster advertises a free-forever entry plan; both keep leads, follow-ups and team reporting for paid tiers. RMDialer has no permanent free tier: a 3-day free trial with every feature and no card, then ₹159 per user per month on yearly billing. The RMDialer free telecalling app trial includes the SIM auto dialer, the lead CRM, follow-up reminders, WhatsApp automation and the team features, on your real leads, so you decide on results rather than on limits; a capped free dialer like Calley or DialMaster is the honest pick if list dialing is all you need.

Real businesses, real numbers: how owners and sales teams across India and 12+ countries use RMDialer every day.

“Free telecalling app search brought me to the 3-day trial. Whole app, nothing locked. By day two I had imported last year's 1,200 travellers and the auto dialer was calling them for this season's packages. Paid the yearly plan on day three. The WhatsApp itinerary goes out after each call by itself.”
Lakshmi Devi Proprietor · Travel and pilgrimage tours Tirupati -
“Renewal reminder is the reason I pay for it. Every policy due date rings me 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before, with the client's number right there. Earlier 3 to 4 renewals a year quietly went to other agents. Small app, big difference for a single agent like me.”
Sunita Verma LIC advisor · Insurance agency Indore -
“Bulk calling app was the search that brought me here. 300 dealer numbers pasted from Excel, SIM 2 selected, 6 second gap, and my two boys finished the list in a day and a half. Busy numbers got retried by itself. Earlier same list used to take a week with a notebook.”
Amit Patel Director · Textile trading Surat -
“Best CRM dialer we have used for a small team. Call comes in, the lead card is already on screen with the last remark, and the status change is two taps. Only complaint: the web CRM export could use more filters. Otherwise our 6 person sales team lives in it.”
Neha Srivastava Founder · Digital marketing agency Lucknow -
“Telecaller app for Android that my staff actually use. Enquiry list is assigned to each telecaller, the auto dialer calls it from their own SIM, and test ride bookings come to me live. Punjabi interface for the girls at the desk. Price is honest, everything included, no per-user surprises.”
Harpreet Singh Owner · Two-wheeler showroom Ludhiana -
“Team of 9 salesmen on their own SIMs, no VoIP, no per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling CRM shows me who called which customer, talk time and the remark, employee wise. Arabic interface for two of my staff was a bonus. Support on WhatsApp replied within minutes.”

What does a free telecalling app cap, and why?
Calls per day
Free dialers usually stop at a daily count. A telecaller who makes 150 calls a day hits it before lunch.
List size
Upload caps keep the free plan to small lists. The Excel of last month's enquiries often does not fit.
The record
Most free plans dial but do not keep the lead: no status, no remark, no follow-up. That is the part that makes the calls worth anything.
Team
Assigning leads, seeing each caller's numbers and permissions are paid features everywhere, because they are the expensive part to run.
Automatic WhatsApp after a call needs the Business API, which no free plan includes.
Ads and data
Some free apps are paid for with ads or with your contact data. Read what the app asks permission for before installing it on a business phone.
How we compared
We read each vendor's public pricing page on the date shown, noted what the free tier says it includes and what it caps, and recorded a price only where one is published. We make RMDialer, which has a trial rather than a free plan, and we have said so plainly: if a capped free dialer is all you need, Calley or DialMaster will serve you and cost nothing.
Free telecalling app: common questions
Updated on
Is there a truly free telecalling app?
Yes, with limits. Calley has a free starter plan capped by daily calls and DialMaster advertises a free-forever entry plan; both keep leads, follow-ups and team features for paid tiers. RMDialer offers a 3-day free trial with every feature instead of a permanent free tier.
What do free telecalling apps limit?
Usually three things: calls per day, list size, and the CRM side (statuses, remarks, follow-up reminders). Team features such as lead assignment and per-caller reports are paid on every app we checked, because they are the expensive part to run.
Why do free plans leave out the CRM and team features?
Because the dialer is cheap to give away and the record is not: the lead database, sync and reporting cost the vendor per user. A free telecalling app is a dialer; the part that turns calls into customers is what you pay for.
Is a free trial better than a free plan for a business?
For a business, usually yes. A trial shows you the full product with your real leads, so you decide on results; a free plan shows you a cut-down version and you decide on the limits. RMDialer's 3-day trial needs no card and includes the team features.
Does RMDialer have a free telecalling app?
No permanent free tier. RMDialer gives a free 3-day trial with unlimited use and no credit card, then one plan at ₹159 per user per month on yearly billing or ₹249 on the 3-month plan, plus taxes, with every feature included.
What does a paid telecalling app cost after the free period?
SIM-based telecalling apps run roughly ₹159 to ₹600 per user per month in India; cloud dialers ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 per agent plus call minutes. RMDialer is ₹159 per user per month on yearly billing ($29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India).
Where do I download a free telecalling app to try?
RMDialer is on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wappblaster.rmdialer. Install it, sign in with your number, and the 3-day trial starts with every feature, including the auto dialer and the lead CRM.
Is there telecalling software free for a small team, or a free telecalling CRM?
Free telecalling software exists as capped starter plans: a daily call limit, a list-size limit, and no team features. A free telecalling CRM, with statuses, remarks, follow-ups and a manager view, does not exist as a permanent plan from any vendor we checked, because the record and the reports cost the vendor per user. The honest free option for a team is a full trial: RMDialer gives 3 days of the complete app, team features included, with no card.
