CRM dialer
A CRM dialer is a phone dialer and CRM in one app: every call opens with the customer’s record on screen and ends by updating it in two taps, so the CRM fills itself from the calls. Also searched as sales dialer, dialer CRM, or CRM with built-in dialer.

A CRM dialer collapses two products into one screen. The phone app that places and receives calls is also the place the customer record lives, so the name, the lead status and the last remark are on the call screen before the caller says hello, and the after-call sheet takes the outcome, a remark and the next follow-up in two taps when the call ends. Nothing is integrated, because there is nothing separate to integrate.
That is the difference from the two things it is confused with. A CRM with calling bolted on is a desktop CRM that added a call button, usually over VoIP, with the record still typed in afterwards from memory. A dialer with CRM integration is two products joined by an API, two bills and a sync. Both leave updating the record as separate work, and phone-based teams stop doing separate work by the second week. A CRM dialer has to be the default phone app on the device, or it gets bypassed on the first busy morning.
The architecture underneath decides the answer rate: a SIM-based CRM dialer calls from the SIM in the phone, so the customer sees a real number, while a VoIP-based one calls from a virtual number that Indian caller-ID apps flag. RMDialer, which we make, is a SIM-based CRM dialer for Android with the auto dialer, follow-up reminders and WhatsApp automation in the same app. The category page linked below walks through the product itself.
