Short answer
What is an auto dialer for sales?
An auto dialer for sales is an app that rings a rep's list one company at a time and asks for the result after every call. RMDialer does this on the rep's own Android phone and SIM: the outcome sheet is the pipeline, callbacks ring on the promised day, the quote goes out on WhatsApp, and the manager sees each rep's numbers in a browser.
Key takeaways
The outcome sheet after each call carries the stages your team defines, so the pipeline fills itself while the calling happens.
A callback promised on a call becomes an alarm on the rep's phone, with the company and the last remark attached.
One company list can be split between reps; a company handled by one rep drops out of the others' queues.
Priced per rep: ₹159 a month on the yearly plan in India, or $29 a year outside India, every feature on every seat.
When a rep leaves, the companies, remarks and stages stay on the account and are reassigned in one step.
Plain meaning
What is an auto dialer for sales, in plain words?
A rep who sells by phone loses the day to two things: finding the next number and writing up the last call. Six plain answers on what the tool takes over.
An auto dialer for sales rings the rep's list
The rep loads the companies to call today. The app rings the first, waits for the conversation to end, then rings the next. Nobody looks up a number between calls.
The outcome sheet is the pipeline
When a call ends, a short sheet asks what happened. The choices are the stages your team uses: interested, quote sent, demo call booked, closed won, not now. Saving it moves the deal.
A callback is a reminder that rings
"Call me Thursday after two" becomes an alarm on the rep's phone for Thursday at two, with the company and the last remark on the screen when it goes off.
The quote follows the call on WhatsApp
A template with the price list or the proposal link goes out from the official WhatsApp API as the call ends, so the customer has it before they forget the conversation.
The manager reads every rep by evening
The Web CRM in a browser shows each rep's calls, people reached, talk time, stage changes and callbacks booked. No end-of-day report is typed by anyone.
The record belongs to the company
Every call, remark and stage sits on the company account, not in a rep's notebook. When a rep leaves, the next rep opens the same history and carries on.

“Telecalling software for a 22-seat domestic process, without buying a dialer server. Each agent gets an assigned queue, sessions run on SIM, and the supervisor dashboard shows calls, connected and talk time per agent in real time. Our cost per seat dropped to a fraction of the cloud dialer we were on.”

“Telecaller app for Android that my staff actually use. Enquiry list is assigned to each telecaller, the auto dialer calls it from their own SIM, and test ride bookings come to me live. Punjabi interface for the girls at the desk. Price is honest, everything included, no per-user surprises.”
“We connected our website form and a Google Sheet as lead sources. New sign-ups appear in RMDialer within 15 minutes, get assigned round robin and dialled the same hour. Speed to lead went from a day to under an hour, and demo bookings roughly doubled. The call logs API pushes everything back into our own dashboard.”

“Multilingual team, so a CRM with English, Malay and Chinese interfaces mattered. The auto dialer runs our launch lists on the agents' own Maxis SIMs and the manager sees every call and remark live. We compared three cloud call centre tools; this cost a fraction and needed no virtual numbers.”

“Hindi mein app chalta hai, yeh sabse badi baat. Season shuru hone se pehle 400 kisaan ki list auto dial ho jaati hai, aur jo bole "baad mein call karna" uska reminder set. Excel se auto call kaise kare, yeh Google pe dhoondh ke yahan aaya tha. Ab do saal se use kar raha hoon.”
“Lead management app for our admission counsellors across 3 branches. Every parent enquiry has a status, a remark and a follow-up, and the branch heads see their own funnel. The bulk WhatsApp for the open-day invite went to 900 parents from the app with delivered and read counts. Admissions were up 18% this year.”

The sales day
What does a sales day on a phone look like with an auto dialer?
From the first ring to the manager's evening read, and the day a rep hands in notice. This is the whole day, in order.
8:45
The rep opens today's list on the phone: the callbacks due today first, then the companies at "quote sent" for a nudge, then fresh names from the territory sheet. The manager built and split that list from a laptop the evening before.
9:00
Press start. The first company rings on the rep's own SIM, so the number on the customer's screen is the one on the rep's business card. The company name, the last remark and the stage are on screen before anyone says hello.
After each call
The outcome sheet opens. Two taps: the stage, and a line such as "wants the 10-user price". If a callback was promised, pick the slot. Saving is what lets the next company ring, so no call ends without a record.
The gap
A pause you set in seconds sits between the save and the next ring. Long enough to breathe and finish the note, short enough that the rep never reaches for a coffee between every call.
10:40
A prospect asks for the quote. The rep saves "quote sent" and the WhatsApp template with the price sheet goes out from the API while the next company is already ringing.
12:30
Nobody answered at forty of the morning's companies. They are still in the list as a group, and the rep works them again after four, when switchboards are quieter and owners pick up.
17:30
The manager opens the Web CRM: per rep, calls made, people reached, talk time, stage moves and callbacks booked for tomorrow. The rep whose quotes never turn into demo calls is visible in one column.
The day a rep leaves
Their list, every remark and every stage change stay on the company account. The manager reassigns the companies to the next rep, and the next rep sees the whole history on the first call.
The thing to notice is where the pipeline gets written. Not at six o'clock from memory, and not by a manager
chasing three reps for a sheet, but in the ten seconds after each call, because the next company does not ring
until the stage is saved. A sales team that runs this way has a pipeline that is true on Tuesday afternoon,
which is the only time a pipeline is any use.
For a sales team
What does RMDialer do for a sales team that a plain dialer leaves to the rep?
Six things that are the team's job on a stock phone, and the app's job here. Then three things it does not do, said once.
Stages your team defines
Rename, reorder or add the statuses in the outcome sheet so the pipeline on the phone matches the one on the whiteboard. A team selling subscriptions and a team selling machines do not share stages.
One list, several reps
Upload the territory sheet once and split it between reps. A company handled by one rep leaves the other reps' queues, so two people never pitch the same buyer on the same morning.
Callbacks that ring, not a to-do list
A callback is an alarm on the rep's phone at the promised time, with the company and the remark attached. Missed ones stay due, so a promise made on Monday is not lost by Wednesday.
The quote or brochure on WhatsApp
Choose which outcome sends which template. "Quote sent" can send the price list; "demo call booked" can send the meeting link. The rep taps once and it goes from the official API.
Per-rep numbers in the Web CRM
Calls, people reached, talk time, stage moves, callbacks kept and quotes sent, per rep and per day, in any browser. The same lists and remarks the reps see on the phone.
Your existing CRM keeps the record too
Through the REST API or a linked Google Sheet, calls and stage changes can flow into the CRM your company already runs. There is no native button for any one CRM; the API and the Sheet are the route.
What it is not
No predictive dialling. One company rings for one free rep, so nobody answers to silence. A floor of fifty agents pacing calls by machine is a cloud call-centre product.
No iPhone version. Every rep needs an Android phone, version 8 or newer, because iOS does not let an app place one call after another.
No inbound queue or IVR. Incoming calls ring the rep's phone as normal, with the company record on screen, but there is no "press 1 for sales".
One list, several reps
How do three reps share one list without calling the same company twice?
The territory sheet is uploaded once. What happens after that is the part a spreadsheet cannot do.
The manager uploads the sheet to RMDialer from a laptop and splits it: three hundred companies each, by count,
or by hand when one rep knows the mining towns and another knows the city firms. Each rep sees only their share
on the phone. The split is the first half of the answer.
The second half is what happens when a company is handled. Once a rep has rung a company and saved a stage,
that company leaves every other rep's queue. It cannot ring again from a colleague's phone that morning, and
it does not reappear when the list is refreshed. If a prospect asks to deal with a different rep, the manager
moves the company across with its history, and the remark from the first call is on the second rep's screen.
From the Web CRM the manager watches all three shares shrinking during the day, which is also how the
afternoon gets rebalanced: a rep who has finished can be handed a hundred of a colleague's untouched companies
at two o'clock instead of at the Monday meeting.
Price
How much does an auto dialer for sales cost per seat?
One line per rep, in two currencies. The calls go on each rep's own SIM, so there is no meter under it.
Plain calling: free
RMDialer can be the phone app on every rep's handset for nothing, with no account. Calls cost what the
rep's mobile plan already charges.
In India: ₹159 per rep a month
On the yearly plan, or ₹249 a month paid three months at a time, taxes extra. Three reps for a year
come to ₹5,724, and that is the whole bill from us.
Outside India: $29 per rep a year
Or $12 per rep for three months, billed in dollars. Three reps for a year are $87.
The first three days are free for the whole team, every feature on, no card.
Prices are per user, exclusive of taxes. The stages, callbacks, WhatsApp templates and the Web CRM are in every seat; there is no sales tier above it.
A worked example
How does a SaaS reseller in Cape Town work a 900-company list with three reps?
An illustration with round numbers and an invented firm, to show where a sales team's week actually goes.
Picture a SaaS reseller in Cape Town that sells accounting subscriptions to small firms, with three inside
sales reps and a territory sheet of 900 companies: 300 on a subscription with a renewal date in the next
quarter, 400 that took a demo call last year and never signed, and 200 new names from a trade directory. Until
now each rep kept their own copy of the sheet, and the manager learned what happened on Friday, from memory.
The manager uploads the sheet to RMDialer on Sunday evening with the renewal date and last year's quote as
columns, renames the stages to the team's own pipeline (contacted, demo call booked, quote sent, closed won,
not now), and splits it three ways by territory. On Monday each rep picks the work SIM, sets an eight-second
gap and presses start. The first company rings, the screen shows "quoted 4,800 rand a year, said budget in
March", and the rep opens with March.
By Wednesday the three of them have reached 410 companies. 62 are at "quote sent", and each of those received
the price sheet on WhatsApp from the template the moment the rep saved the stage. 38 booked a demo call, and
the calendar link went the same way. 95 asked for a callback on a particular day, and each one is an alarm on
the right rep's phone. The 300 nobody answered are worked again after four.
On Thursday one rep resigns. Her 300 companies, the 21 quotes she sent and her Friday callbacks are all on
the account, and the manager hands them to the remaining two before lunch. The cost of the quarter was three
seats, $87 for the year in dollars, and the pipeline the manager reads on Friday was written by
the calls themselves.
Dialer for sales team, power dialer for sales, inside sales dialer: one tool, several job titles
A sales manager types "dialer for sales team" because the seat count is the question. A rep who came from a call
centre writes "power dialer for sales", and a founder hiring the first desk rep searches for an "inside sales
dialer". Someone with no budget yet asks for a "free auto dialer for sales calls". They all want the same day: a
list that rings itself, a pipeline written by the calls, and a manager who does not have to ask. This page
describes that day, and the app is the same download whichever phrase brought you here.
You will also see it called dialer for sales team, dialer for sales, power dialer for sales, inside sales dialer, sales auto dialer, auto dialer for sales team and free auto dialer for sales calls. They describe the same thing, so whichever phrase
brought you here, this is the page for it.
How it works
How do you set up an auto dialer for a sales team in three steps?
1
Install on each rep's Android phone
From Google Play, then accept the prompt to make RMDialer the phone app. Ordinary calls work as before; the outcome sheet starts appearing after each one.
2
Load the company list and set the stages
Upload the sheet or connect the Google Sheet, rename the statuses to your pipeline, and split the list between reps from the Web CRM.
3
Reps press start; the manager reads the day
Each rep works their share with the gap they chose. Callbacks ring, quotes go on WhatsApp, and the per-rep numbers are in the browser by evening.
Questions
Auto dialer for sales: questions managers and reps ask
What is the best auto dialer for sales?
The best auto dialer for sales is the one where saving the result of a call is faster than not saving it. If the stage takes two taps, the callback sets itself and the quote goes out without opening another app, reps keep the pipeline honest. RMDialer is built around that outcome sheet, and it dials from the rep's own SIM so the customer sees a number they can ring back.
How many sales calls a day can a rep make with an auto dialer?
A rep dialling by hand spends most of the day finding numbers and writing notes afterwards. With the list ringing itself and the note taking two taps, the same rep works through far more of the list, but the useful number is people reached and conversations held, not dials. RMDialer counts reached, talk time and stage moves per rep so the manager measures the part that sells.
What is the difference between a power dialer for sales and an auto dialer?
In everyday use they are the same thing: a dialer that rings the next number when the rep is free and never rings more than one at a time. "Power dialer" is the call-centre word and "auto dialer" is the small-business word. RMDialer is a power dialer for sales in that sense, running on a phone rather than a cloud platform.
What is an inside sales dialer, and is RMDialer one?
An inside sales dialer is the tool a rep who sells from a desk by phone, rather than by visiting, uses to work a list all day. RMDialer is an inside sales dialer that happens to live on an Android phone: the list, the pipeline stages, the callbacks and the WhatsApp follow-up are on the handset, and the manager's view is in a browser.
Is there a free auto dialer for sales calls?
Ordinary calling in RMDialer is free with no sign-in: it can be the phone app on every rep's handset at no cost. The list that rings itself, the stages, callbacks, WhatsApp and the per-rep view are the full app, which runs free for three days for the whole team with no card. After that it is ₹159 per rep a month on the yearly plan in India, or $29 per rep a year elsewhere.
Which dialer for a sales team shows the manager each rep's calls?
One where the record is created by the call itself, so the manager is not depending on reps filling a sheet at six o'clock. In RMDialer every call a rep makes lands on the company account with its stage and remark, and the Web CRM shows calls, people reached, talk time and callbacks per rep, per day, in a browser on the manager's laptop.
Can I define my own pipeline stages in the outcome sheet?
Yes. The statuses in the sheet are the team's own list: rename them, add "demo call booked" or "waiting on procurement", reorder them and remove the ones you never use. A stage that is already in use on some companies is protected from deletion until those are moved. RMDialer then reports the pipeline by those names.
How does a callback promised on a sales call get remembered?
The rep picks the slot in the outcome sheet while the call is still fresh, and RMDialer turns it into an alarm on that phone for that time. When it rings, the company name and the last remark are on screen, so the rep opens with "you asked me to call about the 10-user price" instead of "who is this again".
Can the quote go to the customer as soon as the call ends?
Yes, as a WhatsApp template tied to the outcome. Saving "quote sent" can send the price sheet, saving "demo call booked" can send the calendar link, from the official WhatsApp Business API. RMDialer sends the message you approved; it never writes one on its own.
What happens to a rep's companies and history when they leave?
They stay. Every call, remark, stage change and callback lives on the company account, not on the rep's phone, so a resignation removes a user and nothing else. The manager reassigns that rep's companies to a colleague in one step, and the colleague sees the whole history before the first call.
Can one company list be split between three reps?
Yes. Upload the list once and hand each rep a share, by count or by hand. A company one rep has already spoken to leaves the other two queues, so nobody is pitched twice in a morning. RMDialer shows the manager how far through their share each rep is while the session is running.
Does an auto dialer for sales work with the CRM we already use?
Through the REST API or a linked Google Sheet, yes. Calls, stages and remarks can flow out of RMDialer into the CRM your company already runs, and lists can flow in the same way. That is how teams on Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel connect it; there is no native button for any of them, the API and the Sheet are the route.
Does RMDialer do predictive dialling for a sales floor?
No. RMDialer rings one company for one free rep, so every answered call meets a person at once. Predictive dialling, which rings several numbers per agent and drops the ones nobody is free for, needs a cloud platform and a floor of agents, and is a different product.
How much does a dialer for sales cost per rep?
₹159 per rep a month when a year is paid at once in India, or ₹249 a month on the three-month plan, taxes extra. Outside India it is $29 per rep a year or $12 for three months. Every seat has the dialer, the stages, callbacks, WhatsApp and the Web CRM, and there is no per-minute charge, because RMDialer places the call on the rep's SIM.
Can a sales rep use it on an iPhone?
No. RMDialer is an Android app, version 8 and newer, because iOS does not let an app be the phone app or place one call after another from a list. A manager with an iPhone can still use the Web CRM in the phone's browser to read the team's day; the calling itself needs an Android handset.
