Short answer
What does the auto dialer free trial include?
RMDialer's auto dialer free trial is three days of the full app for the whole team with no card: the list that rings itself, the outcome sheet, callback reminders, WhatsApp templates, list split between callers and the Web CRM day report. Ordinary calling stays free after it ends; the list dialler then costs ₹159 a caller a month yearly in India or $29 a caller a year elsewhere.
Key takeaways
The trial clock starts at sign-in, not at install, and covers every caller who signs in under the account.
Test it on a real list of at least fifty people; a five-number test list proves nothing about the day.
Measure three things: people reached, callbacks kept, and taps per call between hanging up and the next ring.
No card is taken, so day four is a choice: pay from the account or carry on with ordinary calling for free.
Three days show the calling, not the month; judge the follow-up habit on the quarterly plan, which is the shortest paid period.
Plain meaning
What is the auto dialer free trial, in plain words?
Most trials are a demo with the good parts greyed out. This one is the whole app for three days, and the honest limit of what three days can show. Six plain answers.
Three days of the whole app
Sign in and the trial clock starts. List dialling, the outcome sheet, callback reminders, WhatsApp templates and the Web CRM are all on from the first minute. Nothing is held back for a paid tier.
The whole team, not one login
Every caller who installs RMDialer and signs in under the account is inside the same three days. A team trial on one phone tells you nothing; two callers on one list tells you everything.
No card, so nothing can be charged
No payment details are asked for when the trial starts, which means nothing happens by itself on day four. Paying is a decision you make, not a charge you forgot to cancel.
Ordinary calling stays free for good
RMDialer as the phone app, making and taking single calls, needs no account and never expires. The trial covers the list that rings itself and everything around it.
Day four has a price, in ₹ and $
₹159 a month per caller in India when paid yearly, $29 a year per caller anywhere else. Every feature you used in the trial is in that seat, and there is no per-minute line under it.
A trial cannot show you a month
Three days prove the calling: who answers, how fast the list moves, whether callbacks ring. They cannot prove that the habit holds in week six. The test plan below is built around that limit.

“Employee call tracking without a call centre was exactly the requirement. 12 field executives on their business SIMs, and by evening I have calls, connected, missed and talk time per employee on my phone. Nobody types a report. Two people who were "on calls all day" turned out to be doing 11 calls. Fixed in a week.”

“We connected our website form and a Google Sheet as lead sources. New sign-ups appear in RMDialer within 15 minutes, get assigned round robin and dialled the same hour. Speed to lead went from a day to under an hour, and demo bookings roughly doubled. The call logs API pushes everything back into our own dashboard.”

“Lead management app for our admission counsellors across 3 branches. Every parent enquiry has a status, a remark and a follow-up, and the branch heads see their own funnel. The bulk WhatsApp for the open-day invite went to 900 parents from the app with delivered and read counts. Admissions were up 18% this year.”
KDKavita DeshmukhAdmissions head · Preschool chainNagpur
“Collections calling is volume work. The auto dialer clears 250 numbers per executive per day from their own SIM, promise-to-pay dates become reminders, and the daily call report shows connected versus not reachable per person. Talk time per employee ended the "phone was busy all day" excuse.”
“Quote-and-chase business. Every enquiry gets a quote remark and a call-back reminder, and the ones we lost show up in the lost leads list for a discount call next month. Auto WhatsApp sends the quote PDF after the call. Would like a Telugu voice note feature, otherwise very good call management app.”

“Team of 9 salesmen on their own SIMs, no VoIP, no per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling CRM shows me who called which customer, talk time and the remark, employee wise. Arabic interface for two of my staff was a bonus. Support on WhatsApp replied within minutes.”

The test plan
How do you test an auto dialer in three days, day by day?
Seven half-days, in order, each with one thing to do and one thing to write down. Follow it and the decision on day four makes itself.
Day one, morning
Install on every caller's Android phone from Google Play, accept the prompt to make it the phone app, sign in. Import the list you actually need to ring this week, with any column that helps on the call: course asked about, budget, city.
Day one, afternoon
One caller runs one session of at least fifty numbers: pick the SIM slot, set an eight-second gap, press start. Write down two numbers at the end: people reached, and how many taps each call took to close. The second number is the point of the tool.
Day two, morning
Split the list between the callers from the Web CRM. Both run sessions on their own share. Watch that a number one caller has handled leaves the other's queue, so nobody is rung twice.
Day two, afternoon
The callbacks promised on day one ring on the callers' phones, with the name and the remark on screen. Count how many of them were kept. The list of people who did not answer on day one is worked again after five.
Day three, morning
Send the WhatsApp template after each call where it fits: the course outline, the fee sheet, the intake dates. Book callbacks for next week so you see them appear in the reminders list.
Day three, evening
Whoever manages opens the Web CRM day report: calls, people reached, talk time, callbacks kept and remarks, per caller, for all three days. That page is the decision. Nobody typed a report to produce it.
Day four
The trial clock stops. Ordinary calling carries on free. To keep the list dialler, reminders, WhatsApp and the day report, pick a plan from the account: ₹159 a caller a month yearly in India, $29 a caller a year outside it.
The plan front-loads the thing most trials never get to: two callers on one list on day two. One person with a
dialer is a faster version of the same person. Two people with one list, neither ringing the other's people,
with the manager watching both shares shrink in a browser, is a different way of running the desk, and it is
the part worth paying for or not.
What to measure
What should you measure during an auto dialer trial?
Six things, where each one shows, and how to read it. The first three are the ones that decide; the last one is the manager's.
Measure
Where it shows
How to read it
People reached
The day report in the Web CRM, per caller
Reached, not dialled. Compare it with a normal day by hand. The gain comes from never typing a number and never hunting for the next one.
Callbacks kept
The reminders list on day two and three
Promised on day one, rang on day two, spoken to. On paper this number is usually under half; with a reminder that rings with the name on screen it climbs fast.
Taps per call
Count them yourself on day one
From hanging up to the next number ringing: the status, a remark if needed, save. Two or three taps is the target. More than that and the record will stop being kept by week two.
Calls per hour against by-hand
The day report, talk time and calls
Not the headline. A caller who reaches thirty people and holds real conversations beats one who dials ninety and reaches twelve.
Remarks written
Each person's record
A line on most calls means the outcome sheet is fast enough to use. Blank records mean the gap is too short or the statuses are wrong; fix both in settings before day two.
The manager's question
Day three, evening
Could you read the three days without asking a caller anything? If the Web CRM answered every question, the trial passed the test that matters most.
Free for good, or three days
What is free forever, and what does the trial switch on?
Two short lists. The left one never asks for money; the right one is the trial and then the seat.
Free for good, no sign-in
Making and taking single calls with RMDialer as the phone app, no account needed, no expiry.
The call log and contacts, with the caller's name on screen for a known number.
Using it on any Android phone from version 8, on whichever SIM the phone has.
Three days, then the seat
The list that rings itself, with the gap you set and the SIM slot you chose.
The outcome sheet with your statuses, remarks and callback reminders that ring.
The WhatsApp template after a call, the Web CRM day report, and lists split between callers.
Day four
What happens on day four, and what does it cost?
Nothing happens by itself, because no card was taken. If the day report earned it, this is the seat.
In India
₹159 a caller a month if you pay the year up front, or ₹249 a month if you pay a quarter at a
time, tax extra. Two callers for a year come to ₹3,816, settled through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking.
Outside India
$29 a caller a year, or $12 a caller for three months, paid by card in dollars and converted by
your bank. Two callers for a year are $58. The same seat, the same features, no per-minute line.
Prices are per user, exclusive of taxes. There is no monthly plan and no minimum number of callers; the quarterly plan is the shortest paid period, and it is long enough to judge the month a trial cannot show.
The honest limit
What can a three-day auto dialer trial not show you?
Three days are enough to judge the calling. They are not enough to judge the month, and pretending otherwise is how people buy the wrong tool.
A trial shows the first conversation with each person. It cannot show the fourth. The callback booked on day
three for the twentieth of next month will ring on the twentieth, but you will have decided before then, and
whether the team still saves a remark on every call in week six is a question about habit, not software.
Every dialer looks good for three days; the ones worth keeping are the ones still being used properly in
month two.
The same goes for the list. Three days on a list of enquiries and past customers show what your calling is
worth; three days on a bought list of strangers show what the list is worth, and the answer will be poor on
any tool. Run the trial on the warmest list you have and read the result as a statement about the app.
This is why the shortest paid period is a quarter rather than a month. The test plan above settles the
calling in three days; the quarterly plan settles the habit, and it costs less than a month of the tool sold
by the minute. Judge the first with the trial and the second with the first quarter.
A worked example
How does a coaching startup in Accra test an auto dialer on 250 enquiries in three days?
Round numbers and an invented firm, following the test plan above from Monday morning to Wednesday night.
Picture a coaching startup in Accra that prepares candidates for professional exams, with two callers, a
new intake opening in six weeks, and 250 enquiries in a Google Sheet collected from a Facebook form and a
radio advert. Until now the two of them have rung from the sheet on personal phones, and nobody knows how
many of the 250 were ever spoken to. The founder decides to run the three-day trial on that exact sheet.
Monday morning both callers install RMDialer from Google Play and sign in, and the sheet is connected with
the course asked about and the preferred cohort as columns. Monday afternoon one caller runs a single
session of 60 numbers with an eight-second gap. She reaches 34 people, and the founder counts the taps
between calls: status, a remark, save, three taps. Eleven people want a callback, and each is booked for
Tuesday.
Tuesday morning the founder splits the remaining 190 between the two callers from the Web CRM, 95 each.
Both run sessions. At one point a caller hesitates over a name she recognises and finds it already gone
from her queue, because her colleague rang it ten minutes earlier. Tuesday afternoon the eleven Monday
callbacks ring on the first caller's phone with the person's course and remark on screen; nine are kept,
and four of those enrol on the call.
Wednesday the callers send the fee sheet on WhatsApp after each interested call and book next week's
callbacks. Wednesday evening the founder opens the day report: 250 numbers, 168 people reached across three
days, 27 callbacks kept out of 31 promised, 14 enrolments, 41 no-answers regrouped for Thursday. She had
asked neither caller a single question to get that page. Thursday morning she pays for two seats, $58 for
the year, converted to cedi by her card, and the callbacks booked for next week ring as if nothing had changed.
Auto dialer trial, power dialer free trial, 3 day trial: the same three days by other names
A founder who has been burned by a demo types "auto dialer trial" to find out how long it runs and whether a
card is involved. Someone from a call-floor background asks for a "power dialer free trial", and a business with
a fresh list searches "dialer for cold calling free trial", usually before finding out what the list rules are.
People who read the fine print write "auto dialer 3 day trial" or "free trial auto dialer app". Whichever words
you used, the three days are the same, the plan above is how to spend them, and the app is the same download.
You will also see it called auto dialer trial, power dialer free trial, dialer for cold calling free trial, auto dialer 3 day trial and free trial auto dialer app. They describe the same thing, so whichever phrase
brought you here, this is the page for it.
How it works
How do you run the auto dialer free trial in three steps?
1
Day one: import and run one session
A real list of at least fifty, one caller, one session. Note people reached and taps per call before you do anything else.
2
Day two: split the list, let callbacks ring
Two callers on their own shares. Watch handled numbers leave the other queue, and count the day-one callbacks that were kept.
3
Day three: read the day report and decide
Open the Web CRM in the evening: calls, reached, talk time, callbacks kept, per caller. Pay on day four only if that page earned it.
Questions
Auto dialer free trial: questions people ask before signing up
What does the RMDialer auto dialer free trial include?
Everything the paid seat has, for three days, for every caller signed in under the account: the list that rings itself with the gap you set, the outcome sheet with your own statuses, remarks, callback reminders that ring, the WhatsApp template after a call, lists from Excel, CSV, a Google Sheet or the API, the split of one list between callers, and the Web CRM day report in a browser. RMDialer holds nothing back for a higher plan.
Do I need a card to start the auto dialer trial?
No. RMDialer takes no payment details at sign-in, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing can be charged by itself when the three days end. Day four is a decision made from the account, and until you make it ordinary calling through the app carries on free.
How do you test an auto dialer in three days?
Day one: import a real list and run one session of fifty or more numbers on one phone, noting people reached and taps per call. Day two: split the list between two callers and let the day-one callbacks ring. Day three: send templates where they fit, then open the Web CRM day report in the evening and read the three days per caller. RMDialer is judged on that page, not on the install.
Is there a power dialer free trial for the whole team?
Yes. Every caller who installs RMDialer and signs in under the same account is inside the same three days, and the manager has the Web CRM for the same period. A power dialer, the kind that rings the next number when the caller is free, only shows its worth with two people on one list, which is why the trial is not limited to one login.
Can I trial a dialer for cold calling on a real list?
You can load any list, but test on the warmest one you have: enquiries, past customers, people who left a number. Three days measure your calling, and a list of strangers measures the list instead; it will disappoint on any dialer and it carries do-not-call rules in most countries. RMDialer is built for people who expect the call.
What should I measure during an auto dialer trial?
Three numbers. People reached per caller per day, read from the Web CRM. Callbacks kept: promised on day one, rung and spoken to on day two. Taps per call from hanging up to the next ring, counted by hand on day one; two or three is the target. In RMDialer the first two are on the day report and the third is what the outcome sheet was designed around.
How many people should I load for the trial?
At least fifty on day one, and the whole week's list if you have it. A test list of five numbers cannot show whether the rhythm holds, whether the no-answers regroup usefully or whether two callers stay out of each other's way. RMDialer imports the list in one go from a sheet, so there is no reason to start small.
Does the trial clock start at install or at sign-in?
At sign-in. Installing RMDialer and using it as the phone app costs nothing and starts no clock; that part is free with no account. The three days begin when the account is created, so install on every caller's phone first and sign them all in on the morning you mean to start.
What is free after the trial without paying anything?
The phone app itself, for good: single outgoing and incoming calls, the call log, missed calls in their own list, contacts, the caller's name on a known number, and the analytics that count your own calling day. Sending WhatsApp from a call stays free daily as well. That half never expires and never asks for a card. What stops on day four without a plan is the list dialling and what surrounds it: the outcome sheet, reminders and the team report. RMDialer says so here rather than hiding it under a cap.
What happens on day four of the trial?
The trial clock stops, nothing is charged, and ordinary calling carries on. To keep the list dialler, reminders, WhatsApp and the Web CRM, choose a plan from the account: ₹159 a caller each month billed yearly, or ₹249 billed quarterly, tax extra, in India; $29 a caller a year or $12 a quarter outside it. RMDialer keeps the account and its lists as they were.
Can two callers share the trial and split one list?
Yes, and that is the most useful thing to test on day two. Upload the list once, hand each caller a share from the Web CRM, and watch that a person one caller has rung drops out of the other caller's queue. RMDialer shows the manager how far through each share the callers are while the sessions run.
What can a three-day trial not tell me?
Whether the team still writes a remark on every call in week six, whether the callbacks booked for next month get kept, and whether a list of strangers converts. Those need a quarter, which is why the shortest paid period is three months. What RMDialer's three days do settle is the calling itself: answer rate on your own number, the pace, and whether the reminders ring.
Do the leads and remarks from the trial carry over when I pay?
Yes. Paying continues the same account, so the lists, the people, the statuses, the remarks and the callbacks booked during the three days are exactly where you left them. Nothing is re-imported and no caller signs in again. That is why the trial should be run on the real list from day one.
Does the auto dialer trial work outside India, in Ghana for instance?
The same three days, on any Android phone that makes ordinary calls, in Accra as in Ahmedabad. The list dials on the SIM in the phone, so a Ghanaian number is what people see. After the trial the seat is billed in dollars, $29 a caller a year, and the card converts it to cedi on the day.
How do I pay when the trial ends, and how much is it?
From the account, on day four or any day after. Indian accounts pay RMDialer through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking) at ₹159 a caller a month on the yearly plan or ₹249 a month on the quarterly one, tax extra. Outside India it is a card payment in dollars: $29 a caller a year or $12 for three months. There is no monthly plan and no minimum number of callers.
