Call Your Facebook & Google Ad Leads in Under a Minute (Setup)
By Pushpa Godara · Chief Executive Officer, Wappblaster
In short: Wire Meta and Google lead forms to a Google Sheet (native integrations do this in minutes) or to your dialer’s API, let the dialer auto-import and surface fresh leads first, and the lead who tapped your ad gets a call while your ad is still on their screen. Speed is the cheapest conversion-rate upgrade advertising money can buy.
Think about the moment a Meta lead form is submitted: the person is on their phone, your ad is still on their screen, and their interest is at its lifetime peak. Every hour after that, they cool, compare and forget. The businesses winning ad-lead economics are not writing better ads; they are calling faster. Here is the wiring that makes fast automatic.
The pipeline, end to end
Ad platform → Sheet or API → auto-import → fresh-first calling queue → call → auto WhatsApp. Once built, no human touches a lead between the form tap and the phone ringing.
Step 1: Get leads out of the ad platform instantly
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead ads: Meta’s own integrations (or any connector service your agency uses) push each submission to a Google Sheet or webhook the second it happens. Stop downloading CSVs from Ads Manager: that habit alone is a day of decay.
- Google Ads lead form extensions: same story, webhook or sheet delivery is a setup option, and your agency can turn it on today.
- Agency-managed campaigns: give the agency the sheet (or the API endpoint) and make “leads land within one minute” a line in their contract. It is a fair test of an agency.
Step 2: Auto-import with the source attached
Connect the sheet in RMDialer once: map name, phone, and the form’s questions into custom fields (budget, city, product interest), and tag the source per campaign (“Meta-Diwali-offer”, “GAds-brand”). Dedup by number, so the person who filled two forms is one lead with two notes, not two cold calls.
Step 3: Fresh leads jump the queue
The calling rule that changes results: a lead under an hour old outranks everything else on your list. Fresh imports surface first; whoever is on calling duty rings them between other work, or a standing auto-dial session sweeps the fresh queue every hour. The opener writes itself, because the call is expected: “You just enquired about [thing] on Facebook…”
Step 4: The follow-up fires itself
Call done, status set in two taps, and the brochure/price list goes by WhatsApp automatically. No-answers get the “tried calling you about your enquiry” message and a redial slot at a better hour, which converts a surprising share of the leads everyone else writes off.
What this does to the numbers
Ad-lead economics are a chain: cost per lead × contact rate × conversion. The wiring above attacks the middle term, which is the one your competitors ignore: contact rates on minutes-old leads run multiples of day-old ones. Same ad spend, same lists, materially more customers, and the per-campaign source tags tell you which campaign produces buyers rather than form-fillers, which quietly fixes the first term too.
One honest caution: speed exposes weak offers. If your ad promises a “free site visit” and the call opens with a pushy pitch, faster calling just disappoints people sooner. The call should continue the ad’s conversation, and then the system takes over the remembering.
