Follow-up reminder and renewal guides

The systems that keep promises: ladders, renewals, missed calls.

Almost every lost sale in a small business was a promise to call back that nobody kept. These guides are about the system that keeps those promises: follow-up ladders that set the next call before the current one ends, reminders that ring instead of sitting in a list, renewal calendars for insurance and subscriptions, and what to do with missed calls and the leads that went quiet. The advice is practical and assumes a team of one to twenty people on Android phones, not a call centre with a supervisor. Where a number matters, such as how many touches a lead needs before it closes, we show what our own users see.

All follow-ups & reminders guides, newest first

  1. What Is a Sales Cadence? A Follow-Up Sequence for Telecalling Teams

A sales cadence is the planned sequence of touches a lead receives: which day, which channel, which message, from first call to close or drop. What it is, why it exists (follow-up by memory fails), a working 14-day cadence for an Indian telecalling team mixing calls and WhatsApp, how to adapt it by lead temperature and source, and how to run it from the phone so it happens without anyone remembering.

  2. What Is a Follow-Up Reminder App? (vs a Follow-Up Dialer)

A follow-up reminder app rings you at the time you promised to call a customer back, with that customer's record attached, and lets you call, message or reschedule from the reminder itself. What separates it from a calendar alert or a to-do list, the six things it must do, how it differs from a follow-up dialer that calls the due list for you, and when a sales team needs which.

  3. How Many Follow-Ups Before Giving Up on a Lead? The Honest Answer

Sales folklore says fortunes are made on the eighth follow-up; customers say five calls is harassment. The working answer: 4-6 value-adding touches on a decaying schedule, then a rest-and-revive cycle instead of a delete. When persistence pays, when it poisons, and the exit message that leaves the door open.

  4. Telecalling CRM for Travel Agents: Enquiries Expire Faster Than Visas

A travel enquiry is perishable: the customer is booking THIS trip, this week, with whoever responds best. How travel agencies use a calling-first CRM for package enquiries, itinerary follow-ups, advance collection, and the repeat-season goldmine most agents never mine.

  5. Telecalling CRM for Coaching Institutes: Fill Your Batches

Coaching institutes run on enquiry calls, counselling follow-ups and fee reminders, and lose admissions every season to forgotten callbacks. How a calling-first CRM fits the admission funnel: demo-class invites, parent follow-ups, batch-start deadlines and fee chasing.

  6. How to Never Miss a Client Renewal Again

A renewal chased a week early is an invoice; chased a month late it is a fresh sale against every competitor. A working renewal system for insurance agents, AMC providers and subscription businesses: the reminder ladder, the records that make it possible, and the WhatsApp that does the chasing.

  7. Missed Calls Are Orders You Didn’t Take: A Return-Call System

A customer who calls you has the highest intent your business will ever see, and a missed call is that intent bouncing off a closed door. How much missed calls actually cost, why "I will call back later" fails, and a simple system that returns every one.

  8. Appointment & Follow-Up Calls for Clinics: A System for the Front Desk

Clinics lose revenue and patients to the same three call failures: unanswered enquiry calls, appointment no-shows, and follow-ups that never happen. A practical calling system for the front desk: reminder ladders, missed-call recovery and recall lists, without new hardware or a hospital IT project.

  9. How to Track Missed Calls Your Team Never Returned

A missed call from a customer is a lead that reached you and got nothing back. How to find the ones nobody called back, on Android, without asking your team to fill in a report.

  10. Telecalling CRM for Real Estate Agents in India

Property enquiries go cold in hours, not days. What a real estate agent actually needs from a calling CRM: budget and location on the lead, site-visit follow-ups that ring, and the brochure sent before they call the next agent.

  11. Telecalling CRM for Insurance Agents in India

For an insurance agent the renewal is the business. What a calling CRM must do: remember every policy date, ring you before it lapses, and open each call with the client history already on screen.

  12. Managing Leads Without Excel: When the Sheet Stops Working

Excel is a fine place to start and a bad place to stay. The five specific points where a lead sheet breaks, and how to move off it without losing the data or the habit.

  13. Lead Management App for Telecallers: What It Must Do

Most lead management software is built for managers to read, not for callers to use. What a telecaller actually needs from a lead app, and the four things that decide whether the team keeps using it.

  14. Your Follow-up System Is a Diary That Cannot Ring

Diaries, Excel sheets, and memory all fail at follow-ups for the same reason: none of them interrupts you at the right moment. What a real follow-up system looks like, and how to build one this week.

  • “Telecaller app for Android that my staff actually use. Enquiry list is assigned to each telecaller, the auto dialer calls it from their own SIM, and test ride bookings come to me live. Punjabi interface for the girls at the desk. Price is honest, everything included, no per-user surprises.”
Harpreet Singh Owner · Two-wheeler showroom Ludhiana
  • “We needed an auto dialer app that works on our own MTN and Airtel lines, not a call centre subscription in dollars. RMDialer runs on the phones my agents already have, dials the enquiry list, and the WhatsApp follow-up goes out after every call. Works even when the network drops and syncs later.”
Grace Okafor Managing director · Travel agency Lagos, Nigeria
  • “We looked for telecalling software for a nine-person loan team and every quote came with cloud seats and per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling software runs on the callers' own Jio SIMs: the lead list dials itself, the remark goes on the number, and I get dials, connects and talk time per caller every evening. Cost is one flat price per user.”
Kavita Iyer Operations head · Loan DSA Chennai
  • “Earlier I was dialling 80 to 100 portal leads a day by hand from Excel. With RMDialer auto dialer app I import the sheet, press start and it calls one by one from my own Jio SIM. Between calls I mark Interested or Site visit in two taps and the follow-up rings me on time. Closed 3 flats last month from leads I would have forgotten.”
Rakesh Choudhary Real estate consultant · Property advisory Jaipur
  • “We tried two telecalling CRM software before this and my counsellors stopped filling them within a week. RMDialer is the phone app itself, so every admission enquiry gets logged whether they like it or not. The auto WhatsApp after call sends the fee structure by itself. I see all 4 counsellors' calls on the web CRM every evening.”
Priya Nair Owner · Coaching institute Kochi
  • “Bulk calling app was the search that brought me here. 300 dealer numbers pasted from Excel, SIM 2 selected, 6 second gap, and my two boys finished the list in a day and a half. Busy numbers got retried by itself. Earlier same list used to take a week with a notebook.”

Questions

About RMDialer, in short

Updated on

What is RMDialer?

RMDialer is an auto dialer app and telecalling CRM for Android that dials from the user's own SIM, shows the customer's lead status and last note on incoming and ringing calls, and automates WhatsApp follow-ups. It works as a telecaller app for one person and as a sales dialer for teams, with lead automation, a lead management CRM and per-employee call tracking.

How much does RMDialer cost?

₹159 per user per month on yearly billing or ₹249 per user per month on the 3-month plan, plus taxes, in India; $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India. Every feature is included in every plan, and there is a free 3-day trial with no credit card.

Where do I download the RMDialer app?

RMDialer is on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wappblaster.rmdialer. It runs on Android 8 or newer, and you can start the free 3-day trial immediately after installing.

Does RMDialer need a cloud number or call centre setup?

No. RMDialer dials through the SIM already in the phone, so customers see your normal number, there are no per-minute charges, and no IVR or hardware is needed. Reports, lead assignment and the Web CRM work from any browser.

Does RMDialer work outside India and in other languages?

Yes. The app runs in 40 languages and dials from any country's SIM; international numbers keep their own country code. Pricing outside India is $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India.

Can a team use RMDialer, and what does the owner see?

Yes. Each telecaller uses RMDialer on their own phone, leads are assigned round-robin or by hand, and the owner sees every call, connected call, talk time, status and follow-up per person per day without asking for reports.

What is a SIM-based dialer and how is it different from cloud telephony?

A SIM-based dialer places calls from the SIM in the user's own phone, so the customer sees a normal mobile number and the call costs whatever the operator plan charges. Cloud telephony routes calls through a virtual number on a server and bills per user plus per minute, in return for features like IVR and recording. For outbound sales on mobile numbers, SIM calling gets answered more often and costs far less.

How much does an auto dialer app cost in India?

SIM-based auto dialer apps in India cost roughly ₹150 to ₹500 per user per month; cloud dialers with virtual numbers start higher and add per-minute charges. RMDialer is ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan, plus taxes, with the auto dialer, lead CRM, WhatsApp automation, team reports and the Web CRM all included in that one price.

Is there a free trial and do I need a credit card?

Yes, 3 days with every feature unlocked for the whole team, and no card is needed. Install from the Play Store, sign in, and the trial starts. At the end you choose the 3-month or the yearly plan from inside the app or on the pricing page.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes. The yearly plan works out cheaper per month than the 3-month plan, and both include every feature: auto dialer, lead CRM, WhatsApp automation, follow-ups, analytics, team reports and the Web CRM. There are no add-on tiers, so the per-user price is the whole price.

What is the difference between a power dialer and a predictive dialer?

A power dialer calls one number at a time for one agent and waits for that call to end, so every answered call has a person ready. A predictive dialer calls several numbers at once and connects the ones that answer to whichever agent is free, which needs a call-centre server and causes dropped "silent" calls. Mobile auto dialers like RMDialer are power dialers on a SIM.

Do I need a virtual number to run a calling team?

No. A virtual number is only needed when calls must be routed through a cloud platform, for example for an inbound IVR. An outbound sales team can run entirely on business SIMs in the reps' phones, with the app logging every call and the owner reading the reports. Customers also answer known mobile numbers more readily than unfamiliar virtual ones.

Why do customers not answer calls from virtual numbers?

Because caller ID apps and phone dialers increasingly flag pooled virtual and VoIP numbers as spam or business calls, and because the same virtual number is often used for many campaigns. A real mobile number from a local SIM looks like a person calling, which is why SIM-based dialers report higher connect rates in India.

Can I use two SIMs for business calling on one phone?

Yes. On a dual-SIM Android phone the dialer lets you choose which SIM makes each call, or set a default business SIM for all sessions. You can also decide which SIM's calls are backed up and reported, so personal calls on the other SIM stay out of the team account.

How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost in India?

Meta charges per conversation, roughly ₹0.11 to ₹0.80 depending on the category (marketing costs the most, service conversations started by the customer are free within a window). Providers add a platform fee. RMDialer does not charge extra to connect an API you already have; you pay Meta or your provider directly for messages.
