Telecalling scripts and calling techniques

Openers, objections, connect rates and the craft of the call.

A dialer can place the call; only the caller can make it work. These guides are about the call itself: openers that earn ten seconds, scripts for real estate, insurance, education, loans and other Indian verticals, handling the objections every telecaller hears by lunch, raising connect rates by calling at the right hour from the right number, and closing without pushing. Most scripts are given in English and Hinglish because that is how the calls actually happen. They are meant to be adapted, not read out, and each one explains why a line works so a caller can change the words and keep the effect.

All sales calling & scripts guides, newest first

  1. What Is Connect Rate? Formula, Benchmarks, Not Answer Rate

Connect rate is the percentage of dial attempts that reached a live person. The exact formula, how it differs from answer rate, contact rate and conversion rate, realistic benchmarks for Indian telecalling on SIM and on VoIP, what a low rate is actually telling you, and how to read it per caller without blaming the wrong thing.

  2. Telemarketing vs Telecalling vs Telesales: What Is Actually Different

Three words, used interchangeably in India, that name different jobs. Telemarketing is promotional calling to people who have not asked to hear from you, and it is the regulated one. Telecalling is the Indian umbrella term for any phone-based business work, in or out. Telesales is closing a sale on the phone, usually with someone who enquired. Which one you are doing decides your rules, your list, your software and your numbers.

  3. What Is Inside Sales? Inside vs Field Sales for an Indian Team

Inside sales is selling from inside the office or from a phone, by call, WhatsApp and video, without visiting the customer. Field sales is selling in person, on the customer's premises. What each means for an Indian small business, the costs, the products each suits, why most teams are now a mix, and what the phone-side of a field team needs to work.

  4. Hot vs Warm vs Cold Lead: How to Tell the Difference on a Call

A hot lead is ready to buy now; a warm lead has shown interest but is not ready; a cold lead has shown none. The definitions, the signals a telecaller hears in the first minute that place a lead in one of the three, what each one needs next (a close, a follow-up ladder, a nurture or a drop), how leads move between the buckets, and how to keep the temperature honest in a CRM.

  5. Cold Calling vs Warm Calling: Which Works for Indian Teams

Cold calling is phoning someone who has never engaged with you; warm calling is phoning someone who has: an enquiry, a referral, a missed call, a website form, an old customer. The difference in connect rates, in rules, in the number you should call from and in the script, why most Indian SMB teams should be warm-first, and how to turn a cold list warm before dialing it.

  6. Lead Generation Kaise Kare: Chhote Business Ka Poora Plan (Hindi)

Lead generation ka matlab sirf ads chalana nahi hai. Free aur paid, dono tarike: Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, JustDial, IndiaMART, reference aur missed call se lead kaise laayein, aur laane ke baad unka kya karein: ekdum zameeni Hindi guide.

  7. Telecalling Software Price: Worked Budgets for 3, 5, 10, 20 Callers

Not another price list: worked year-one budgets for real team sizes. What a 3, 5, 10 and 20-caller telecalling operation actually spends on software, phones, SIMs and WhatsApp in each pricing band, where the hidden lines hide, and the crossover points where the answer changes.

  8. Telecalling Software Kya Hai? Kaam, Keemat Aur Chunaav (Hindi)

Telecalling software kya hota hai, kya-kya karta hai, aur aapke business ko chahiye ya nahi: ekdum aasan Hindi mein. List se call, har customer ki yaaddaasht, bajne wale reminder, WhatsApp automation aur report: poora system samjhaya, keemat ke sach ke saath.

  9. How to Choose Telecalling Software: The 10-Point Checklist

Every telecalling software demo shows the same dashboards; the differences that decide year two hide in ten specific questions. The complete choosing checklist: architecture, adoption, language, data exit, true cost: with the demo tests that expose weak answers.

  10. What Is Telecalling? Meaning, Process & Tools (India Guide)

Telecalling is selling and serving customers over ordinary phone calls, and it runs half of Indian commerce. What telecallers actually do all day, inbound vs outbound, the process from list to sale, realistic numbers, and the tools that separate professional teams from burnt-out ones.

  11. What Is a CRM? A Plain-Language Guide for Indian Business Owners

CRM means customer relationship management, which explains nothing. What a CRM actually is (a shared memory of every customer), what it does all day, what it costs in India, when a business genuinely needs one, and why so many bought CRMs die unused.

  12. TRAI DND Rules When Calling Your Own Customers and Leads (2026)

DND (Do Not Disturb) registration blocks promotional calls, and businesses routinely misunderstand what that permits: service calls to your own customers remain legal, unsolicited pitches to DND numbers invite penalties. The rules in plain language, how to check DND status, and the practices that keep an SMB safely clear.

  13. Telecalling Script in Hindi: Hinglish Openers & Full Call Flow

Most Indian sales calls happen in Hindi and Hinglish, and most script guides are written in formal English nobody speaks. Ready Hinglish openers, a full call flow from namaste to next step, objection replies in the words customers actually use, and the closing lines that book follow-ups.

  14. Speed to Lead: Meaning, Why Minutes Decide Sales & How to Fix Yours

Speed to lead is the time between a lead arriving and a human contacting them, and it is the most under-managed number in sales. What the term means, why response inside minutes multiplies conversion, how to measure your own speed honestly, and the automation that makes fast the default.

  15. Runo vs TeleCRM: Which Telecalling CRM Fits Your Team? (2026)

Runo and TeleCRM are the two names Indian teams shortlist first for SIM-based telecalling, and they are genuinely different products: reporting-first vs automation-first. An honest comparison of pricing models, strengths and fit, from a company that competes with both and says so.

  16. Real Estate Telecalling Script: Portal Leads, Site Visits & Callbacks

Property telecalling has exactly four hard calls: the portal-lead callback, the site-visit push, the post-visit follow-up, and the old-lead revival. Word-for-word scripts for each, the qualifying questions that separate buyers from browsers, and the objection replies that keep site visits alive.

  17. JustDial Leads: Stop Losing Them to the Fastest Caller (CRM Setup)

JustDial connects one enquirer to several businesses simultaneously: the customer’s phone rings from competitors while your notification sits unread. How JustDial leads actually arrive, wiring them into a CRM within minutes, the callback script that wins the comparison, and the source-tag math for renewal season.

  18. Insurance Telecalling Script: Renewals, Leads & the Trust Problem

Insurance calls carry a burden other telecalling does not: the customer expects to be missold. Word-for-word scripts for renewal calls, fresh lead calls and lapsed-policy revivals that work by dismantling suspicion first, plus the compliance lines that protect both sides.

  19. CRM Kya Hai? Aasan Bhasha Mein Poora Matlab (Hindi Guide)

CRM ka full form Customer Relationship Management hai, lekin matlab kya hai? Ekdum aasan bhasha mein: CRM aapke business ki yaaddaasht hai: kaun customer hai, kya baat hui, kya promise kiya, kab follow-up karna hai. Kise chahiye, kitne ka milta hai, aur kaunsa kaam karega.

  20. CRM for a One-Person Business: You Are the Team. Here Is the System.

Freelancers, consultants, agents and solo shop owners lose more to forgetting than to competition. What a one-person CRM must do (and must not demand), why solo businesses outgrow memory at about fifty active contacts, and the phone-based setup that runs itself.

  21. The 140 Number Series in India: Does Your Business Need It?

TRAI reserves the 140 prefix for registered telemarketing calls, and every compliance vendor wants to sell you onto it. What the 140 series actually is, who genuinely must use it, why 140 numbers get answered less, and where ordinary business calling on your own SIM legally stands.

  22. How to Stop Your Business Number Being Marked as Spam in India

Customers stop answering because their phone shows "Spam Likely" over your number. Why Indian phones flag business numbers, how to check if yours is flagged, and the calling habits that keep a number clean.

  23. SIM Calling vs VoIP for CRM in India: Why Your Calls Go Unanswered

The single biggest reason outbound calls fail in India is the number on the screen. Here is why VoIP numbers get marked as spam, when cloud calling is still the right choice, and how to decide.

  24. Lead Source Tracking: Knowing Which Channel Actually Brings Customers

Most businesses know what they spend per channel and not what they earn from it. How to track lead sources properly without ad-platform tooling, and the one mistake that makes the data useless.

  25. Dual SIM for Business Calling on Android: How to Set It Up Properly

One phone, two numbers, and a clean line between work and personal. How Android dual SIM actually behaves, what it will not do, and how to make sure business calls always leave the business number.

  26. CRM Pricing in India: What It Really Costs Per User

Sticker prices hide the real number. Here is what Indian CRMs actually cost once telephony, WhatsApp and per-seat growth are counted, with published prices for the main options.

  27. Lost Leads Are the Cheapest Sales You Are Not Making

Every business has a pile of leads who said no. Most never get a second call. Here is why lost-lead win-backs convert, what to say when you ring, and a 30-minute system to run one every month.

  28. Why Your Basic Phone Dialer Is Costing You Customers Every Day

The stock dialer treats every call as a conversation that ends at hang-up. For a business, a call is a transaction with a future. Here is where the money leaks, and what it adds up to in a year.

Harpreet Singh Owner · Two-wheeler showroom Ludhiana
  • “We needed an auto dialer app that works on our own MTN and Airtel lines, not a call centre subscription in dollars. RMDialer runs on the phones my agents already have, dials the enquiry list, and the WhatsApp follow-up goes out after every call. Works even when the network drops and syncs later.”
Grace Okafor Managing director · Travel agency Lagos, Nigeria
  • “We looked for telecalling software for a nine-person loan team and every quote came with cloud seats and per-minute bills. RMDialer telecalling software runs on the callers' own Jio SIMs: the lead list dials itself, the remark goes on the number, and I get dials, connects and talk time per caller every evening. Cost is one flat price per user.”
Kavita Iyer Operations head · Loan DSA Chennai
  • “Earlier I was dialling 80 to 100 portal leads a day by hand from Excel. With RMDialer auto dialer app I import the sheet, press start and it calls one by one from my own Jio SIM. Between calls I mark Interested or Site visit in two taps and the follow-up rings me on time. Closed 3 flats last month from leads I would have forgotten.”
Rakesh Choudhary Real estate consultant · Property advisory Jaipur
  • “We tried two telecalling CRM software before this and my counsellors stopped filling them within a week. RMDialer is the phone app itself, so every admission enquiry gets logged whether they like it or not. The auto WhatsApp after call sends the fee structure by itself. I see all 4 counsellors' calls on the web CRM every evening.”
Priya Nair Owner · Coaching institute Kochi
  • “Bulk calling app was the search that brought me here. 300 dealer numbers pasted from Excel, SIM 2 selected, 6 second gap, and my two boys finished the list in a day and a half. Busy numbers got retried by itself. Earlier same list used to take a week with a notebook.”

Questions

About RMDialer, in short

Updated on

What is RMDialer?

RMDialer is an auto dialer app and telecalling CRM for Android that dials from the user's own SIM, shows the customer's lead status and last note on incoming and ringing calls, and automates WhatsApp follow-ups. It works as a telecaller app for one person and as a sales dialer for teams, with lead automation, a lead management CRM and per-employee call tracking.

How much does RMDialer cost?

₹159 per user per month on yearly billing or ₹249 per user per month on the 3-month plan, plus taxes, in India; $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India. Every feature is included in every plan, and there is a free 3-day trial with no credit card.

Where do I download the RMDialer app?

RMDialer is on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wappblaster.rmdialer. It runs on Android 8 or newer, and you can start the free 3-day trial immediately after installing.

Does RMDialer need a cloud number or call centre setup?

No. RMDialer dials through the SIM already in the phone, so customers see your normal number, there are no per-minute charges, and no IVR or hardware is needed. Reports, lead assignment and the Web CRM work from any browser.

Does RMDialer work outside India and in other languages?

Yes. The app runs in 40 languages and dials from any country's SIM; international numbers keep their own country code. Pricing outside India is $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India.

Can a team use RMDialer, and what does the owner see?

Yes. Each telecaller uses RMDialer on their own phone, leads are assigned round-robin or by hand, and the owner sees every call, connected call, talk time, status and follow-up per person per day without asking for reports.

What is a SIM-based dialer and how is it different from cloud telephony?

A SIM-based dialer places calls from the SIM in the user's own phone, so the customer sees a normal mobile number and the call costs whatever the operator plan charges. Cloud telephony routes calls through a virtual number on a server and bills per user plus per minute, in return for features like IVR and recording. For outbound sales on mobile numbers, SIM calling gets answered more often and costs far less.

How much does an auto dialer app cost in India?

SIM-based auto dialer apps in India cost roughly ₹150 to ₹500 per user per month; cloud dialers with virtual numbers start higher and add per-minute charges. RMDialer is ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan, plus taxes, with the auto dialer, lead CRM, WhatsApp automation, team reports and the Web CRM all included in that one price.

Is there a free trial and do I need a credit card?

Yes, 3 days with every feature unlocked for the whole team, and no card is needed. Install from the Play Store, sign in, and the trial starts. At the end you choose the 3-month or the yearly plan from inside the app or on the pricing page.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes. The yearly plan works out cheaper per month than the 3-month plan, and both include every feature: auto dialer, lead CRM, WhatsApp automation, follow-ups, analytics, team reports and the Web CRM. There are no add-on tiers, so the per-user price is the whole price.

What is the difference between a power dialer and a predictive dialer?

A power dialer calls one number at a time for one agent and waits for that call to end, so every answered call has a person ready. A predictive dialer calls several numbers at once and connects the ones that answer to whichever agent is free, which needs a call-centre server and causes dropped "silent" calls. Mobile auto dialers like RMDialer are power dialers on a SIM.

Do I need a virtual number to run a calling team?

No. A virtual number is only needed when calls must be routed through a cloud platform, for example for an inbound IVR. An outbound sales team can run entirely on business SIMs in the reps' phones, with the app logging every call and the owner reading the reports. Customers also answer known mobile numbers more readily than unfamiliar virtual ones.

Why do customers not answer calls from virtual numbers?

Because caller ID apps and phone dialers increasingly flag pooled virtual and VoIP numbers as spam or business calls, and because the same virtual number is often used for many campaigns. A real mobile number from a local SIM looks like a person calling, which is why SIM-based dialers report higher connect rates in India.

Can I use two SIMs for business calling on one phone?

Yes. On a dual-SIM Android phone the dialer lets you choose which SIM makes each call, or set a default business SIM for all sessions. You can also decide which SIM's calls are backed up and reported, so personal calls on the other SIM stay out of the team account.

How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost in India?

Meta charges per conversation, roughly ₹0.11 to ₹0.80 depending on the category (marketing costs the most, service conversations started by the customer are free within a window). Providers add a platform fee. RMDialer does not charge extra to connect an API you already have; you pay Meta or your provider directly for messages.
