Dialling a property list by hand means the notes from call twelve are gone by call thirteen. With RMDialer, the auto dialer for real estate, every buyer gets an outcome before the next one rings.
RMDialer is an auto dialer for real estate agents on Android: pick a launch list or a pile of enquiries, set the call gap, and the app rings each buyer from your own SIM, moving on only after you save what they said.
- Call gap you set

Short answer
Which auto dialer for real estate should I use?
RMDialer is the auto dialer for real estate agents who call buyers from their own phone. It rings your property list one number at a time from your SIM, so buyers see a mobile number they recognise. The next call waits until you save a note. Callbacks ring like an alarm, and the price is low.
Key takeaways
- RMDialer rings a property list for you, one buyer after another, from your own mobile number.
- After each call, RMDialer holds the next buyer until you save what they said.
- A dialing list can come from an Excel file, portal enquiries in a Google Sheet, or the callbacks due today.
- The plain dialer is free with no login, and list auto dialing comes with the 3-day free trial or a plan.
What happens between one property call and the next in RMDialer?
A list session is the same six moments over and over. Get them right and four hundred calls leave four hundred useful notes.
Moment 1
You choose the call gap
Before a session starts, each agent decides how many seconds RMDialer should wait after a call before it rings the next buyer. A launch list full of quick "still interested?" checks can run on a short breath. A list where buyers want the payment plan walked through deserves a longer one.
Moment 2
The next buyer rings from your own SIM
When the gap runs out, the next pending number is dialled from the SIM picked in dialer settings, with the speaker on or off the way you left it. The buyer sees the ordinary mobile number they already have saved from your first chat.
Moment 3
Nothing moves until the outcome note is in
Hang up and the status sheet opens. Tap the status that fits, whether that is Interested or one you created yourself such as Viewing booked, add a remark if the buyer said something worth keeping, and save. Only then does the countdown to the next ring start.
Moment 4
Auto-next, with no scrolling
Once the outcome is saved, RMDialer steps down the list on its own. Nobody hunts for the next name, copies a number out of a spreadsheet, or loses their place because a WhatsApp popped up in the middle.
Moment 5
Skip the numbers that should stay quiet today
A buyer who asked for a call after the holidays, or a number you know is wrong, can be skipped. The app asks you to confirm first, then leaves that lead out of what it suggests for the rest of the day.
Moment 6
Pause anywhere, carry on from the same row
While a session runs, a bar showing how many leads are still pending sits on top of every screen. A walk-in at the sales gallery or a call from the developer's team does not send you back to row one.
Which property lists can RMDialer auto dial?
An agent rarely has one tidy list. Here are the five places a session can pull numbers from.
A launch list from Excel or a sheet
Launch event registrations, past buyers from the same developer, an EOI list somebody sent over on a Friday night: import the file and every row becomes a lead that can be dialled as one session.
The enquiry pile from portals and ads
Connect a Google Sheet or a REST API that your listing portals or ad forms already fill. RMDialer checks it for new rows on a schedule and adds them as leads, so yesterday's enquiry pile is a dialling list by morning.
Today's callbacks, before anything new
Every callback slot a buyer asked for lands in the day's due follow-ups, and that short list can be auto dialled by itself. The people who said "ring me Thursday" hear from you on Thursday.
A filtered slice of your leads
Filter by status, tag or a custom field such as budget or unit type, then dial only what is left. When a developer releases a block of two-bedroom units, ring the buyers who asked for two bedrooms and nobody else.
Numbers sitting in the call log
Missed calls and recent numbers from the phone's own call log can be worked as a list as well, which helps on the morning after a busy launch day when half the returns came in while you were talking.
What businesses say about RMDialer
Real businesses, real numbers: how owners and sales teams across India and 12+ countries use RMDialer every day.

“Earlier I was dialling 80 to 100 portal leads a day by hand from Excel. With RMDialer auto dialer app I import the sheet, press start and it calls one by one from my own Jio SIM. Between calls I mark Interested or Site visit in two taps and the follow-up rings me on time. Closed 3 flats last month from leads I would have forgotten.”
Rakesh Choudhary Real estate consultant · Property advisory Jaipur -
“Bulk calling app was the search that brought me here. 300 dealer numbers pasted from Excel, SIM 2 selected, 6 second gap, and my two boys finished the list in a day and a half. The ones who did not pick up, we ran again in the evening. Earlier same list used to take a week with a notebook.”
Amit Patel Director · Textile trading Surat -
“Most CRM tools here are built for a desk. Our brokers sell from their phones, so a telecalling CRM inside the dialer made sense. Leads from Facebook ads land in the app, the auto dialer calls them, and the tripping schedule rings each broker. Tagalog interface, own Globe SIM, no VoIP number for clients to distrust.”
Maria Santos Operations lead · Real estate brokerage Manila, Philippines -
“Telecaller software that my counsellors actually open, because it is the phone app itself. Demo bookings from the website land in the queue, get dialled the same hour, and the WhatsApp with the course link goes out after each call. Four stars: the Excel import wanted the number column named exactly, so my first upload took two tries.”
Arjun Mehta Co-founder · EdTech startup Indore -
“Hindi mein app chalta hai, yeh sabse badi baat. Season shuru hone se pehle 400 kisaan ki list auto dial ho jaati hai, aur jo bole "baad mein call karna" uska reminder set. Excel se auto call kaise kare, yeh Google pe dhoondh ke yahan aaya tha. Ab do saal se use kar raha hoon.”
Mahesh Bishnoi Proprietor · Agri-input dealership Bikaner -
“Telecalling software for a 22-seat domestic process, without buying a dialer server. Each agent gets an assigned queue, sessions run on SIM, and the supervisor dashboard shows calls, connected and talk time per agent in real time. Our cost per seat dropped to a fraction of the cloud dialer we were on.”

What happens to the property buyers who do not pick up?
On most lists a large share of numbers ring out. How you handle them decides whether the list is really finished.
RMDialer counts any number it has dialled as done for that session, whether the buyer answered or the phone rang out, and the Web CRM shows the lead that way. It will not ring anyone a second time on its own. That is a choice in the product, not a gap: a dialer that quietly retries a buyer three times in an hour is how an agent ends up blocked by the very people who enquired.
So the no-reply pile needs a small habit instead. When a call rings out, tap a status that says so. Use a status such as No Response / Unreachable, or create one with the wording your office already uses. At the end of the session, filter to that status and you have a clean second list waiting.
- Run the second session at a different hour. Somebody who ignored a 10 am call from a desk often picks up at 6 pm.
- For buyers in another country, pick an hour that is evening where they live, not where you are.
- After two or three unanswered sessions, send a WhatsApp and let the buyer choose a callback slot instead of ringing again.
Why do off-plan brokers auto dial with RMDialer instead of dialling each number themselves?
Dialling by hand works for ten numbers. A launch list is a different animal.
Launch windows are short
When a developer opens a new phase, the best units go early. An agent who gets through the list by lunch is talking about floor plans while another is still copying numbers from a PDF into the phone keypad.
Notes vanish when dialling is manual
Typing a number, talking, hanging up and typing the next number leaves no natural moment to write anything down. Because the status sheet sits between every pair of calls, the buyer's answer is recorded while it is still fresh.
One phone does the whole loop
The same Android app dials, keeps the lead record, rings the callback reminder and sends the WhatsApp. The agent never switches between a sheet, a phone app and a chat window to finish one buyer.
The list always knows where you are
A viewing, a lunch, a call from the developer's sales manager: the pending count survives all of them. Resume and the next buyer is the one you had not reached, not the first row again.
How does an off-plan broker in Dubai work a launch list with RMDialer?
An illustration with round, made-up numbers, to show the settings in use on a real kind of day. Not a customer story.
Picture a broker with a desk near Dubai Marina who has just heard that a developer is releasing a new tower in Business Bay. The payment plan is 60/40: sixty percent spread over construction, forty on handover. The broker has about 400 names worth a call: people who filled an EOI form at a weekend event, buyers from the developer's previous project, and a month-old enquiry pile from listing portals that never got properly worked.
On the evening before launch day, all three go into one sheet with a column saying where each buyer came from. The broker imports it, tags the rows, and sets a 12-second call gap. The first call on a launch list is not a sales pitch; it is three questions: are you still looking, one or two bedrooms, and when can you come to see the show apartment. Twelve seconds is enough to tap a status and type "2BR, cash, viewing Sat".
At 9:30 the session starts. The first follow-ups ring before anything new, because two buyers asked on Friday for a call "first thing when prices are out". Then the launch list runs. A buyer who wants the full payment plan in writing gets a status of Interested and the WhatsApp template goes out with their name already in it. One number turns out to be a rival agent fishing for prices, so it is skipped for the day. At 1:00 the broker pauses for lunch with 212 still pending, and resumes at 2:00 on the same row.
By 5:00 about 190 numbers have been dialled. Roughly half answered; 18 agreed to a viewing and each has a callback slot saved as a reminder. The other half is sitting under No Response. Many of those buyers live in London, Mumbai or Riyadh, so at 7:30 the broker filters to that status and runs a second session when their working day is over. Around 30 more pick up. Nothing about the day is clever. It is a sheet, a gap long enough to write, and a dialer that will not ring the next person until the last one has a note.
Calls to buyers abroad go out on the broker's own mobile plan, so international rates are whatever that carrier charges.
When is another dialer a better fit than RMDialer for a property list?
RMDialer rings one buyer at a time from an Android phone. If that is not how your team works, one of these may suit you better.
DialMaster
Better for: A solo agent who wants to begin without entering a card
It advertises a free-forever entry plan and also dials from the phone SIM. Check where its free limits sit before a launch week depends on it.
Calley
Better for: An agent whose work phone is an iPhone
Calley publishes both Android and iOS apps and dials lists uploaded to a web panel. RMDialer has no iPhone version, because iOS does not let an app replace the phone dialer.
FreJun
Better for: A laptop sales desk that wants every call recorded in the cloud
FreJun places calls over the internet from virtual numbers, records them on its servers and logs them into desktop CRMs such as Zoho. It needs a steady connection, and calling charges sit on top of the seat price.
Exotel
Better for: A developer running a large inbound sales line with menus and routing
Exotel is enterprise cloud telephony: IVR, call queues, number masking and call APIs. That is a different job from one agent working a list of buyers who already enquired.
RMDialer also leaves out several things that cold calling floors in some countries rely on: no predictive or parallel dialling, no voicemail drop, no local presence numbers, no do-not-call list scrubbing and no AI calling. It is made for buyers who already raised a hand. If your plan is ringing owners who never contacted you, look at dialers built for that, and check the calling rules where you work first; this is not legal advice. For the Indian rules specifically, read whether auto dialers are legal in India. A side-by-side of the names agents search for sits on our best auto dialer for real estate shortlist.

How much does RMDialer cost for a property agent?
One price per agent covers the dialer, the lead records, reminders and WhatsApp.
In India the yearly plan works out to about ₹159 per agent a month, and the 3-month plan to about ₹249 a month. Outside India the price is $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India. Prices are per user, exclusive of taxes. There is no per-minute charge from us, because the calls ride on the SIM plan each agent already has.
The basic dialer is free and works without logging in. Running a whole list, the lead CRM, reminders, WhatsApp automation and team reports need either the 3-day free trial or a paid plan. The trial is the fair test: import fifty real buyers, set a gap, and see whether every call ends with a note. Call recording supported · our team sets it up with you during training.
Real estate auto dialer, auto dialer for realtors: what agents call the same thing
Agents in the United States and Canada tend to type "auto dialer for realtors", a brokerage owner in London or Dubai is more likely to ask for a real estate auto dialer, and a new agent handed a spreadsheet on day one often just asks a colleague for a property auto dialer. Every one of them means an app that works through a list of buyers or owners on its own, ringing the next number once the last call is finished, so the agent spends the day talking rather than keying in digits.
You will also see it called real estate auto dialer, auto dialer for real estate agents, auto dialer for realtors and property auto dialer. They describe the same thing, so whichever phrase brought you here, this is the page for it.
How do you start an auto dial session on a property list in RMDialer?
- 1
Open the list and tap Start
Your assigned leads sit under the Auto Dialer banner with filter chips such as New lead. Narrow the list, check the gear for the call gap and SIM, then tap Start.
- 2
Watch the queue count down
The Auto Dialer screen shows how many numbers are left and the ones up next. Start auto-dialer runs the list for you; Call next manually rings just one.
- 3
Save the outcome, then the next rings
After each call the status sheet slides up with your lead statuses, a remark box and any reminder you set. Save it and the dialer moves on.
Auto dialer for real estate: questions agents ask before a launch
Can RMDialer auto dial a launch list from an Excel file?
Yes, and that is the job RMDialer does as the auto dialer for real estate. Import the Excel file and each row becomes a lead with a name and number. Tap Start, and the app rings the buyers one after another from your SIM, waiting for your note on each call before the next one.
How many seconds should the call gap be when ringing property buyers?
Try 10 to 15 seconds for a first session and adjust after twenty calls. Buyers on an off-plan launch often ask about the payment plan or handover date, and you need a moment to note the answer. Short confirmation calls can use a smaller gap. In RMDialer every agent sets the gap in seconds for themselves.
Does the next buyer ring before I have saved what happened on the call?
No. RMDialer holds the next number until the status or remark for the call you just finished is saved. The wait is deliberate: a viewing time or a budget figure typed while the next phone is already ringing tends to be wrong or missing.
What happens to buyers who do not answer during an auto dial session?
RMDialer marks every number it dials as complete for that session, answered or not, and does not redial anyone by itself. Tag the unanswered ones with a status such as No Response, then start a new session on that status later, ideally at a different time of day.
Can I skip a buyer on the list without calling them?
Yes. Tap skip on the current lead and RMDialer asks you to confirm, so a slip of the thumb does not drop anyone. A skipped lead is not suggested again for the rest of that day.
Can I pause auto dialing when a walk-in buyer arrives?
Yes. During a session RMDialer keeps a small bar on top of every screen with pause on it and a count of the leads still waiting. Pause, deal with the buyer in front of you, and resume from the same point in the list.
Does an auto dialer for real estate call from my own mobile number?
With RMDialer it does. The app replaces the Android phone dialer and places ordinary calls from the SIM you choose in its settings, on the plan you already pay for. Buyers see your normal number instead of an unknown virtual line, and on a dual-SIM phone the personal number stays out of it.
Can new portal enquiries join the dialling list automatically?
They can, through a Google Sheet or a REST API. If your listing portal or ad form writes enquiries to a sheet or an endpoint, add it as a lead source in RMDialer. The app checks it for new rows on a schedule and imports them as leads, ready to be filtered and dialled.
Can RMDialer ring today's promised callbacks first?
Yes. The day's due follow-ups are one of the lists an auto dial session can start from, so every buyer who asked for a call today gets one before you move to fresh names. Follow-up reminders also ring like an alarm, with Call and WhatsApp buttons on them.
Is an auto dialer for real estate the same as a predictive dialer?
Not in RMDialer's case. RMDialer rings one number at a time and a person is on every call from the first ring. Predictive and parallel dialers ring several numbers together and connect whoever answers, which RMDialer does not do. It also has no voicemail drop and no local presence numbers.
Is RMDialer made for cold calling property owners?
No. RMDialer is built for warm lists: people who enquired, registered for a launch or bought before. It has no do-not-call list scrubbing and no consent tools for large cold campaigns. Rules on promotional calls differ by country, so check your local rules before ringing anyone who never contacted you. This is not legal advice.
Does RMDialer send a WhatsApp message after each property call?
It can. Auto WhatsApp sends a saved template after a call with the buyer's name filled in, either through the WhatsApp Business API or by opening WhatsApp on the phone for you. A short "thanks for your time, here are the floor plans we discussed" message goes out without typing it forty times.
Can I use RMDialer on an iPhone?
No. RMDialer runs on Android phones only, because it takes over as the phone's dialer and iOS does not allow any app to do that. Agents on iPhone need a different tool; Calley is one that publishes an iOS app.
Does RMDialer record the calls on a property list?
Call recording is supported in RMDialer, and our team sets it up with you during training. Mention it early so it is part of that first session.
How much does an auto dialer for real estate cost with RMDialer?
RMDialer works out to about ₹159 per user a month on the yearly plan and ₹249 a month on the 3-month plan in India, before taxes. Outside India it is $29 per user per year, or $12 per user for 3 months, outside India. List auto dialing needs the 3-day free trial or a paid plan; only the basic dialer is free without logging in.
