A worked example How does an Abu Dhabi off-plan broker work Property Finder buyers in three time zones?
Figures invented for the example; the broker and the launch are hypothetical.
Picture a broker in Abu Dhabi launching townhouses on Yas Island through Property Finder. In the first week about
ninety enquiries arrive: half from the UAE, a third from India, the rest from the UK and Russia. At the last launch
the team rang everyone at 10 am Abu Dhabi time and reached almost nobody in London.
This time the launch has its own webhook, shared among four agents. A buyer in Pune gets the brochure on WhatsApp and
a call at 5:30 pm Gulf time, their early evening. A buyer in Manchester gets the brochure, replies “call me after work”,
and the agent sets the follow-up for 9 pm. Each buyer’s city sits in a field, so any agent picking up the lead knows
the right hour.
By the second week the owner sees which countries book video viewings and which move to EOI, and shifts two agents’
hours later in the day for the London buyers who answer after their office closes.
